Still confused about minimum time jury has to be out. Says on w/site minimum 2hr 20 mins yet some on here have given examples of quicker returns?

That's the minimum time before a Judge instructs for a majority verdict. There's no minimum time for unanimous, but in a long trial like this you'd expect it to be a bit longer while they discuss all the evidence.

So the charges are fraud for the standing order, perverting the course of justice for the duvet and phone, murder, and preventing burial, right? Is there another?

Probably another stupid question from me, but why is the duvet being quoted in the case of perverting the course of justice over and above all the other examples e.g. the note, saying she had gone away, Nick/Joe story etc

Right. So it`s very specific then? What about things like deleting internet history - or is it that this isn`t such clear proof (as in IS deleted it all)?
