Yes and he will appeal I am certain.

He can attempt to appeal but unless there's new evidence he won't be allowed to, right?
I suppose I'd better let him get convicted first.
I wonder if he could appeal on the basis of he's clearly mental

Helen 'seen near fire station' with her dog
I was in my van and where the Baldock Road house is theres a turning where I live. I turned out of where I live, turning left to go towards Royston, when I saw Helen Bailey walking along Baldock Road towards the fire station. This is going towards Royston. She had her back to me initially but as I drove nearer I recognised Helen, she had her dog Boris on a lead. As I drove up I recognised her and thought Oh thats Helen walking Boris as I came up towards her on my left hand side I glanced at her very briefly and thought Oh yes thats Helen. There were no doubts in my mind it was her. Helen was wearing what looked like a grey raincoat.

No they can't trace your mobile instantly to your address, like they could with a landline. The best the police can do is cell site triangulation but it's not pinpoint accurate, and it's not instant they need to go through a process of requesting your data from the provider. So when you're going to dump that body in Loch Lomond, switch your phone off before you go so they can't track your journey![]()
I'm not entirely sure how this fits with the latest defence story? Are we to assume that if Helen was out and walking Boris, then it was IS chatting with her friend online?
How is this any sort of defence?
