Thames Valley Police is appealing for help in locating a missing man from Slough.

James, also known as Jim, aged 80, was last seen this morning around 9.45am.

He is white, of slim build, with short, grey hair.

James was last seen wearing a navy blue fleece, blue jeans and black slip on shoes. He also wears hearing aids.

He is known to frequent Slough and Windsor, specifically the Windsor Farm Shop.

PC Sam Handley, based at Slough police station, said: “We are appealing of the public’s help in locating James as we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“If you see him, please call 999 or if you have any information you can report this to us via our dedicated online form, quoting reference 43230171271.”

UPDATE: You may see a police presence around Southlea Road in Windsor whilst we are carrying out some search activity.

Over the past few days, there has been a police presence around the river south of Albert Bridge that is part of ongoing activity that is happening in order to find missing man James, a.k.a. Jim.

He was last seen near Windsor Farm Shop on Thursday (20/4) wearing a green fleece, blue jeans and black slip on shoes.

Officers have been carrying out specialist search activity and there will continue to be police in the local area as we try and find him.
