Indeed it does! Didn't he commit a crime by disturbing a pre existing grave? I haven't seen any charges in relation to that.. small change I guess in the grand scheme of things.
Still, this "man" will only be 42 when released if he behaves inside. I don't think this is the last we've heard of him.
Noted. However it is a legal offence to disturb human remains and their place of burial so I guess I was just expecting some seperate charges solely relatibg to thatJudge did take that into account when sentencing, paras 14 & 15.
Is he capable of behaving himself, though? Not if his behaviour in court is any indication.
