Its starting to get worrying now ...there must be more than 2 not sure ....I really hope its the murder/manslaughter they are stuck with if anything

Having followed lots of cases these are exactly the type of things presented that do tip the balance...knowing a river is there is not the same as a murderer desperate to know how a body will react in water etc

Blood has often been found on clothes despite washing..especially shoes

These are things seen many times in trials ..tipping the balance..I really struggle with an opinion that they wouldn't..but I accept its your opinion

Just a quick comment regarding internet search browsing history. He was arrested or at least kept behind bars 4-5 days after the event (i think please correct me if wrong). This would tell me that he wouldn't have had the time to process it and start searching for how a body might react in water. Jmo

Does anyone know how long a jury would be allowed to continue to deliberate before a hung jury would be declared? Is there any kind of time limit to their deliberations after the majority direction?

Do you remember when a witness saw Pawel cleaning the inside of his car after Libby's last sighting? If he was washing mud from inside of his car and the ground was frozen solid, where did the mud come from?

If he's just cleaning dried dirt out of his car, you can just pick it up off the streets in winter. I've said before: I clean my car in cold weather, inside and out, because it gets filthy from the roads and gritting, and wearing shoes/boots with sturdier soles means I carry all sorts of gravel and muck into the footwells. And I've been nowhere near a park!

I think the point is that mud and dirt accrues in a car, especially in winter.
I still don't remember any specific mention of mud in his car, but if he is forensically aware, he would know that any kind of soil traces might be matched to a particular site, so it would be another reason to clean the car thoroughly.
That said, he has been in ORPF for legitimate reasons so it wouldn't have proved anything.

He had just over 5 full days before the police picked him up ...the case was all over media because obviously she was still missing at that point.. the temptation to Google her would have been massive and a lot of people have succumbed to that mistake...even been caught out on using work or friends computers

None of this matters, any car will get dirty inside especially in the winter and especially if young children are involved.
As C Greek has said, the significance was in the timing.

I respectfully disagree. The lack of internet search which would conveniently prove his guilt just days after the event does not prove he is not guilty. He was so arrogant that he just didn't care imo. 5 days is not a lot of time as well. Especially as he was supposedly back to work the day after

Libby had cut knees so there was probably blood in his car. JMO
