All his offences fitted round his working schedule, working Monday to Friday then flashing on weekends and bank holiday! I wonder if be ever told his work colleagues about his out of work activities or kept everything he has done to himself. People usually like to have at least one person to confide in. I wonder if he confided to anyone about his February 1st whereabouts and activities

Wasn’t the factory closed on Friday’s too? Pretty sure i read it was, He abducted Libby (allegedly) on a Thursday night

Where's our resident lawyer/solicitor?
What sort of sentence is he looking at if her pleads guilty to get leniency?

If he didn't work Fridays that would make sense that if he was out and about into the early hours on Thursday night when Libby went missing knowing he didn't have to get up early for work on the following morning. I had been wondering about him being out til 3am ish then going to work the next day. It works well with Thursday night being a big night at Welly too.

I swear I've read some where he work late shifts, so 2-10.

The police don’t seem to be searching the river hull much anymore - why do you think that is? Just wondered what people’s thoughts are.

PR must have finished work at 10pm Thursday night, driven the commute back to Hull, had a shower, changed his clothes and straight off out into his car watching and waiting if it is him on the Spidercam footage. He certainly packs plenty into his life!

Cos she’s not in the vicinity of the search radius anymore?

Would you not be granted bail if you had previous form? For other things? Or similiar behaviours which you might just be cautioned for? Like stalking etc?

In relation to LE taking a dog into the alley recently, it's possible that they've got some sort of result from forensics and so wanted to check the area more closely. It takes time processing all the evidence so if they were confident he was off the streets they may be happy to wait (a bit) for a key holder to come back from holiday.

Question about the car: if a car is secondhand (no idea is PR's car was or not) if LE get indication that there's been a dead human body in the boot but no DNA, is that enough for a charge or would CPS want more?

I'm wondering the same. What weight would an existing restraining order, for example, carry in the decision? @Happylappy101

LS would in my opinion be in the sea by now had she been in the River Hull or LE are now thinking along new lines having found no evidence that she entered the river so are no longer searching water. I think if Libby was still in the original search area that is Oak Road park or pond or part of river near Oak Road some evidence or a body would have been found by now after 5 weeks. So maybe LE are widening the search area

I was wondering this too, if for example he had previously come to the attention of the police for a violent act but just got a caution? Just my own thoughts.

My personal opinion is that they were searching for a weapon or some discarded item of clothing etc not a body in the park and (certainly in the later) river searches.

I've searched jobs at the factory and it seems they're on a rota of

"Rotating morning and afternoon shift - Monday to Friday 6:00AM until 14:00PM or 14:00PM until 22:00PM"

That's what I was thinking, maybe the reason for not granted bail as being at risk of reoffending.

I have seen it discussed by I haven't heard anything concrete about whether PR was at work on Friday 1st February. If the individual does work for the Karro Food Group, they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A continuous operation it seems, which my profession also shares that trait.

I believe they reckon he didn't leave the city on the night of her disappearance, returning home at the 3am end of the time frame. But its what he did when he next woke up which on a potential route to work which could explain why LS has not yet been discovered.

I will soon be following up on his route work to Malton and will be looking for any secluded stand out off roads. If anyone has any hotspots they want checking let me know.

I cannot understand why they (LE) haven't gone down this route. Can only be led to believe they know that's not what happened.
As for any hot spots en route, there are literally hundreds.:(

If he had transported her dead in his car at any point then the cadaver dogs would have picked up the scent, it is not possible for him to have disposed of her on the way to work in his regular car
