DBMDB OP.
I deleted it. No worries.Ah my mistake, I must have missed that.
sigh. It would be helpful to know WHAT looked "a little bit off". Of course, now we know what was off, but that first day? She was just missing like so many other people. IMO
Has it been reported anywhere he dismembered her body ?Moo.. the lad just has something wrong with him like autism. Plays killing games fancied killing someone. LB walked up the side of the pub. The lad jumped out killed her. Attempting to burieing her there in a shallow grave. Went back got the bin. Couldn't fit her inside. chopped her feet off. Placed LB in the bin took her to the cemetery where bodys belong. Dug a shallow grave took her legs and feet out. Got spooked by a dog walker and ran leaving LB body in the bin near by the partly dug grave and the objects inside... just a wrong places wrong time for LB.. then a CCTV hunt for someone with a wheelie bin. Then a big ask to public to identify the person before he can do it again. Then needing nearly all 96 hours to slow down interviews so he can understand what is going on and understanding each question if he has autism. Having someone in the docs with him Monday and to tell him what's going on and to read to him as well as his mum crying and having a little smile at him. All MOO of course

"The boy was accompanied in the dock by an intermediary to explain what was happening"
I realise he's a juvenile but can we read anymore into this comment?
In most cases you are right about the decomposition but it’s not always the caseThat's extremely likely. If Lindsay was killed on the 12 August and her body found 12 days later then it would be badly decomposed as well as possibly dismembered, so no chance of any evidence of a sexual assault.
Do you know I don't feel it is any more complex than something occurred in or around the pub and LB was murdered. I don't think hers or any other potential victims death was pre-planned.
Charges can be added to the indictment at any time in the UKNot sure ?
It's a possibility, but so is the fact that her husband is chairperson of the Parish Council. They make decisions on things like planning applications from their perspective.
That’s standard procedure“A second post mortem has also been requested by the defence”
Interesting
And yet his full name is still published right there on the court docket for all the world to see. They still haven't taken it down.Lancslive: TRIAL DATE SET
Trial date set
A trial date has been set for February 25 2020. It is expected to take two weeks.
The judge has reminded the press about reporting restrictions, which ban the publication of any information which could identify the the youth.
So the court page says this - "Warning - There may be cases within the court list with reporting restrictions. Please check with the court.
Any breach of reporting restrictions is punishable by sanctions up to and including imprisonment."
Then they report his full name themselves.

Right? It's almost like they wanted everyone to know who he is. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but it certainly is ironic. IMOI've just checked and it's still showing his full name.Out of everyone I didn't think it would be the courts that would name him (albeit accidental), I was expecting it to come from somewhere like The Sun...
Whoever let that go on there is going to get in trouble!
Apologies if this has already been discussed but do we know why LB was almost immediately a high risk missing person? Thanks in advance.
Body of mum-of-two found in cemetery 12 days after she vanished - all we know
DCI Davies reiterated his belief that the 47-year-old had entered The Coppice.
He also said that Lindsay was described 'almost immediately as a high risk missing person'.
