They said she had her keys and phone with her but have only mentioned the phone has missing
They have not specified exactly what is still missing.
Have they found her clothes?

If you look at the attached pic you will see access to the rear of the property can be made from both sides of the block of houses where she lived. So if she had seen some activity , not necessarily as far down as the pub she had two choices of how to get round ...the pub end or the other. If that were the case she sadly made the wrong choice MOOShe had walked past the alleyway leading up to the back of her house though.
I doubt she would have been able to see from her window that far down near the pub
Has it been rep
Has it been reported that her clothes were missing?
Did Lindsay live bang opposite the cemetery?Form Lancashire Telegragh stated she lived on Burnley Road
Accrington Cemetery find: police confirm discovery of woman's body
I'm sorry I can't upload pictures.... the picture below shows 2 police cars outside her house, if you look at the red car in front of the police cars it doesn't take much to deduce that maybe her car, going off the number plate...L1 BCK...IMO
Heavy police presence near Accrington Cemetery as investigation into Lindsay Birbeck's murder continues
I haven't seen nor heard of any Scenes of Crime at her address, just the police parked outside.
Goldenflower. I just can't believe itShe lived on the block before the bungalows facing the cemetery
I've wondered about that too. Was he watching her or obsessed with her somehow? Or was this truly just a random act.
Thank you so much. I just can't believe that this poor soul was "placed" in a cemetery directly opposite her homeYeah, roughly here, assuming the pic in the link is showing Lindsay's house (I think it is).

Does the UK have something similar to the US "Alford" plea, where the suspect maintains his innocence but acknowledges the prosecution has enough evidence to convict? In other words, the suspect bows to a guilty plea, but asserts innocence? If he pleaded guilty there is still a form of court process to go through which will entail a hearing for him to formally enter his plea followed by any mitigation and sentencing reports and then the actual sentencing hearing at crown court. It would all happen pretty quickly or as soon as the court system will allow AND as soon as the police prosecution file is completed with enough evidence contained within to support the charge of murder and to fulfill the requirements of CPS charging criteria This is in the event that further down the line for whatever reason, no appeals are made that the suspect didn’t understand what he was pleading guilty to etc especially with him being a juvenile
No. You can plead guilty or not guilty. Pleading guilty but you didn't do it is the same as pleading not guilty. It's not accepted as a guilty plea.Does the UK have something similar to the US "Alford" plea, where the suspect maintains his innocence but acknowledges the prosecution has enough evidence to convict?
