GUILTY UK- Major incident declared in Southport after multiple stabbings, 29 July 2024

Southport knife attacker Axel Rudakubana is feared to have been planning Britain's first high school massacre a week earlier but was talked out of going to the building by his father, it can be revealed.

Armed with a large kitchen knife the teenager wore a green hooded sweatshirt and surgical mask as he left his home to a waiting taxi. It would be the same outfit he chose to wear when he went on his murderous rampage in Southport on July 29.

But his father Alphonse ran out after him and pleaded with the taxi driver not to take him on the 15-mile journey from the family home in Banks, Lancashire, to Range High School, in Formby, Merseyside.

eyewitness said: 'There was a confrontation and Rudakubana was eventually persuaded to leave the vehicle.'

There is no suggestion his father knew what he is believed to have been planning at the school.

Have to wonder though - exactly what did his father think he was doing ?

Particularly as we have been told he never left the house

As I think has already been mentioned, unfortunately this individual cannot be sentenced to a whole life term, as per attached (apologies if already posted)

"Detention during His Majesty’s Pleasure is a mandatory life sentence and will be imposed when a child or young person is convicted or pleads guilty to murder. Schedule 21 of the Sentencing Code states that the starting point for determining the minimum sentence where the offender is under 18 years of age is 12 years as opposed to 15 years for those over the age of 18."

So reading this I hope he gets at least 40 years, i.e. 12+ years (hopefully more) for each of those poor little girls to be served consecutively (assuming he can be given consecutive sentences) plus time for the other offences. I'm sure the Judge knows everyone will be watching very closely on Thursday, and I think if he can give consecutive sentences he will.

It is my sincere hope he is never released. The photo posted above says it all, he will always be extremely dangerous.

R.I.P. Alice, Bebe and Elsie

Sadly, I don't think he will get more than 25-30 ( although would prefer to be wrong ).

Having said that, Justice Goose gave out 40+ sentences in the recent trial for Ashley Dale, so there is hope.

Pussy footing around reprobates like these is beyond bizarre. They want to kill us. Fight fire with fire. I'd like to move this piece of vermin next door to politicians, let them live with it, deal with it and learn from their mistakes.

I'd blame the judiciary too but it's not their fault, they only get given the tools available to them by the useless cowardly politicians.

Even creepier than I thought it would be:

Such a menacing look in those eyes.

The psychological scars those poor children must now have from seeing that evil monster attacking them and their friends.

Could his choice to suddenly change plea to today when the families were not in court be an attempt to have control of the whole
situation? I’m assuming he would have known the families were not present and could have wanted to not give them that moment.

Very likely, it also makes me concerned that he may try and wriggle out of appearing for sentencing on Thursday, for similar reasons.

My fingers are firmly crossed.

" 'Axel Rudakubana's ricin 'KILLED my cat':

Neighbour of Southport child killer claims teen's stash of poison caused beloved pet to have seizure and died.

Caroline emailed the police asking if any harmful substances had been found at the suspect's property,
and the next day a police inspector called at her house stating nothing dangerous had been found.

'They told me nothing harmful had been found at the house
despite officers going in and out of the house wearing full hazmat suits.

They were all wearing full breathing apparatus'."

There's going to be a public enquiry -

BBC News - Government announces inquiry into Southport attack
This is good news. Hopefully some recommendations will come out (& are actually enacted) that ensure that people who have concerns about an individuals level of violence and disturbing interests can report them.

Yes he was reported to Prevent, but the behaviours at that point were not indicating an interest in terrorism, but violence and murder of a non-terrorism nature. So there's a gap for people like him to disappear into.

Hopefully an inquiry will lead to a system like Prevent, but for non-terrorism related concerns. Of course, then the whole deprivation of liberty/human rights kick in ie can you detain someone because you think they are going to do something violent....

Snipped from Dotta's post - 812 - above

Rudakubana had a 'kill list' of pupils he wanted to murder.

( same as Scarlett Jenkinson - Brianna Ghey murderer )

Rudakubana attended two specialists schools, The Acorns School in Lancashire and Presfield High School & Specialist College in Southport, and teachers were concerned about his behaviour.
His in-person attendance at Presfield was
less than 1%,

I cannot understand this - wouldn't there have been some kind of consultation with his parents re his absence ?

adding the link again for clarity

The parents definitely would be consulted.
I wonder if his attendance was so low due to him being suspended.

I hope they report on how and why he planned this attack. Was he tracking the social media page of the venue in which the dance class was held? If so, how long for? It seemed to be well-planned judging by the time he launched the attack and the way he travelled there in a taxi there etc. And why target innocent young children? It’s unbelievable that there were so many red flags about this person over a long period of time and no organisation was able to stop this.
