This saddens me, on Margaret's behalf![]()
I'm more angry than sad right now. What a joke! I don't know what they can do though, realistically, without any apparent evidence of murder.
My gut feeling says Margaret was abused, humiliated, beaten and neglected by (mainly) Cairney and probably died in a sad state of malnutrition before being thrown in the sea.
I'm fuming!!
He may well be right, but we never got as far as any forensic evidence. I'm going to wait and see what happens.
Prosecutor Iain McSporran QC told the court that the Crown would not oppose bail for Ms Jones if she changes her mind.
He added: "The Crown does intend to re-indict this case. A trial might take place in April next year. That is the current intention."
