Exactly what I was thinking. I have vaped for 10 years but I was a heavy smoker before and when stressed even heavier.
The “good?” Thing about vapes is you can sometimes be sneaky (bathroom breaks) not that I would know anything about that
If you do don’t forget to make a “legitimate and peaceful” request.I see no reason to change my avatar from Harry Enfield character William Ulsterman as I never really had a reason to have it as this in the first place!
Known as "comfort stops" in the coach tours industry."two five-minute 'smoke breaks' will take place during each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon"
Smoke breaks? Sorta funny they still call them that.
If those jurors request cheddar cheese and pineapple on a STECK then it had better be made available to them!If you do don’t forget to make a “legitimate and peaceful” request.
Maybe those who need the bathroom a lot. I have a weak bladder when I can’t vape, very strange thatI'm not sure the court system can incorporate the needs of junkie jurors though.![]()
Actually I think I would just stick several nicotine patches on and give in to chewed fingersMaybe those who need the bathroom a lot. I have a weak bladder when I can’t vape, very strange that![]()
LOL that's exactly the part I stopped and rewound to make sure I'd heard correctly. That stops all that speculation then!Oh wow
Just started listening to the latest podcast - this line right after their usual introductions -
"We'll outline his [the judge's] reminder that although experts were instructed for both the prosecution and the defence, only the prosecution called their experts to give evidence"

Begs the question as to why they would not call their expert/experts. Did they initially intend to? We will hopefully find out after the verdict.Oh wow

Jumped on hahaBut treating Experts as Prosecution's or Defence"s is misleading IMO.
Experts represent medical knowledge.
OK, they were called by Prosecution, but then it is Prosecution that charges.
Does Defence need to bring other Experts?
But why?
Would they represent "another medicine ?
In fact, I remember saying that we would not see other experts -
and was jumped on
Defence's task is to "find holes" in Prosecution's evidence.
And create resonable doubt.

Indeed. They have been keeping their power dry. Perhaps wisely. There's quite a lot of news coverage today. Can't imagine what it will be like when the verdicts come in.
I was assuming that they were on top of lunch and breaks!I got the feeling that there is no break for lunch. Only the 2 cigarette breaks
