You could split it in half. I know it's not ideal, but most people probably aren't going to listen to fifteen hours straight anyway.

I don't know why but I do honestly struggle with it. When you think that is a 10 hour video made up of 30 second clips mainly lol. I usually do 30 seconds, do a few retakes if necessary and then the next 30 seconds. It's also important to try and understand what message he is trying to portray, it's not just as simple as reading a book lol.

I am glad it's done though!

So it's "new concerns" with evidence, not new evidence. It doesn't meet the bar for an appeal, so it's just a load of irrelevant mumbo jumbo from uninformed quarters IMO.

They make reference to how much insulin would be needed to kill a neonate, without noting that neither of the infants actually did die, or how it would manifest in a baby who was being given glucose to remedy the low blood sugar, as is what happened. No one is suggesting she didn't intend to kill because she miscalculated how much insulin to poison them with. Professor Hindmarsh is an expert in the field and gave evidence at the trial which was undisputed. She could have called her own experts but chose to accept the evidence of the prosecution, which was that insulin can cause death.

It's funny at this point as no one writing the articles or presenting "new perspectives" seems to understand that they will need quite a comprehensive knowledge of the trial to change the convictions as they stand. They can isolate any one case but it stands next to the other cases as well. They need to challenge the majority of cases to be of any effect without which nothing will change. I am almost certain that no one can or will.

Lucy Letby found comments made about her "quite upsetting", according to a Facebook message shown to the court. But she says this message was in relation to Child H being placed in her care because other staff needed "the experience", not because people had grown suspicious.
The message, which was sent to a colleague, reads: "Thank you. That's really nice to hear as I gather you are aware of some of the not so positive comments that have been made recently regarding my role which I find quite upsetting. Our job is a pleasure to do & just hope I do the best for the babies & their family [sic]."
"Were people talking about you being associated to the collapse of lots of children?" Nick Johnson, the prosecution barrister, asks.
"No, not at all," says Letby.
"Were people starting to notice you were associated to lots of different collapses?" Mr Johnson asks.
"No," says Letby.

Letby is asked to look at Child I's medical records from September 26-29, and observations early on Letby's shift on September 30.
Letby agrees Child I was stable at this time.
A temperature of 36.1C is recorded for Child I at 11am, and the 'hot cot' temperature was turned up.
Letby denies by this time she had "fallen out" with medical colleagues Ashleigh Hudson, Melanie Taylor and one other.
