Yes, I always wonder if that would be an acceptable reason for being excused jury service.
Dion (and anyone else who thinks they're guilty) - do you think though that JI DD KD JP knew it was Becky from the start? Or just that they are guilty of assisting an offender who they thought had stolen goods or drugs?

Jury back for the start of closing arguments from the Crown #beckywatts
Um, no need for sarcasm![]()
1,Surely pathology would've mentioned if parts were frozen?
2, The freezer was in the hall, not the kitchen (a la cooker in the bathroom, also not plugged in/connected)
3, They/He was reluctant to use electricity.
4, It's already been stated that they didn't cook other than toast so what makes you think they'd have a freezer full of food?

Ok so we've never established where the rest of the kidnap kit is? The supposed mask never materialised along with the kidnap bag (which was later changed to suitcase)
Doubt, (for me) of where the actual dismemberment site was given the complete lack of Dna at NMS home.
Soo many unanswered questions where the pros had an opportunity to elaborate but failed to do so.
Grrr

Yes, I know, but it's not specified. It would fall under this section:
If you are summoned to go for jury service the judge has certain powers to:
put off your service until a later date
excuse you for that sitting or a particular trial or period of time if you have a good reason
We don't know for sure the freezer wasn't plugged in also I think if he can go out and buy a £70 saw he might stretch at using a bit of electricity for the freezer and we only have SH word for it about him being tight with money
I had completely overlooked the fact that each court session has begun with the reading of 'agreed facts'. These are usually things that the defence can't disprove with a denial or 'lego bucket lie'.
I have no clue whether the freezer, facebook posts, or other things I feel weren't asked about are part of agreed facts. I hope some of them are.
