I thought she said he was a lorry driver....and that if he was a policeman it was before she was born unless something happened to her and she blocked it out of her head? This is why i couldnt be on the Jury nothing makes sense. How do you work out whose telling the truth and who isnt when you are even told to ignore the policemans testimony?
Out of curiousity in a case like this especially with covid who pays the Jurors wages? the government or the employers?Could he have been an undercover officer?, that would explain why his daughter didn't think he was police. Maybe his conviction was because he got too involved in his uc life?, like the fella who had a child with the environmentalist from the group he had infiltrated?. Obviously complete speculation and not presented as fact at all.

Also, why didn’t the murder appear on Crimewatch at the time in 1994/1995? Did the police not carry out a a lot of appeals?

I was thinking (imo) his dad maybe abused him?
"He said his intention was to visit his father who lived on the estate.
But his father never got a visit from him that day, jurors heard.
‘Why wouldn’t you visit him?’ Mr Price asked.
‘I would often go with the intention of visiting my dad but not go,’ Watson replied.
‘I don’t think it’s relevant but...because it takes me to a place I would rather not go"
Anyone else get that vibe?
