Well this is disappointing. I thought we were going to get some decent court reporting all through the trial.

I suspect the jury had a question for witness 22 and they were recalled.

Lack of reporting is very frustrating.

Could today have been taken up with legal stuff? You know, the type of thing where the jury have to leave the room?
Seems odd that there haven't been any reports at all from court.

There were legal submissions today after witness evidence concluded, and then a witness was recalled.

I think, given the fact that there are no reports, it's most likely to be stuff that doesn't sell papers, as Alyce says, forensics, blood spatter, dna evidence. I don't think there is a way of getting a list of witnesses online.

Yes, no doubt they ( the media ) will all be back for that event. Seem to remember it was reported that Williams and Walsh have both been making notes during the trial, so sounds as though they are planning their evidence.

It says witness evidence concluded at 11:50, so it sounds as if they've been reading through police witness statements for the jury.

No wonder they allowed 6 weeks for this case. It must be so difficult for the jury all this stopping and starting. At least we can go back on the thread to remind ourselves !
