Hi, kmh - if you're still here............ what do you think is going on with the crutches?
She is only 55 and presumably pretty fit working full time at a stables.

IIRC she collapsed at the outset -

God no! Wondering if the crutches are to add to the pity look she's going for? or maybe being cooped up instead of walking/riding/exercise is making her knees worse

I just wondered how you know what she looks like recently.

Could be both I suppose. Lack of exercise wont be helping and I get the impression ( could be wrong as I am not in court ) that she is working hard on the sympathy vote....and so far, with this lack of verdict from the Jury, it may very well be working.

I hope it is just one or two people who are against the majority. Having said that, if they are and they havent changed their minds in almost 5.5 hours of deliberations, then I fear they will not do so now.

I wonder will the Judge relent and go for a majority ? even with that it may be hard to bring in a verdict, if they have 2 against 9

I refuse to believe 2 people could be so minded. It must be just one stick in the mud.
