This is on the presumption that urfan was telling the truth that Sara was lying and dying on bienash's lap when he returned from work . And telling the truth is not urfans forte tbh .

I think there is way too much weight being allowed here on the allegation that Sara died in Beinash's lap .

And this imo may go in urfans favour as the jury may see it as Sara dying because bienash was the main instigator and perpetrator.

This very well may be true and I'm not out to defend Beinash in my mind she is the devil's bride but I certainly don't want a lie to work in urfans favour

The only truth in this case in my opinion was Sara suffered immense abuse and was killed in one way or another by the 3 defendants. Her dead body held the evidence and the trio chose not to be truthful in their accounts of how that evidence came about

The problem is either way it is going to work in someones favour. The fact is though that whilst he was at work she could have called for an ambulance but did not do so.

It doesn't have to work in anyone's favour, surely?

it does because neither seem to be telling the truth in court as to what happened so the lies could well work out in someones favour.

Or the jury could decide as many of us have, that this account doesn't seem plausible, and they may just as well think they are both equally guilty as far as anyone can tell.

Let's hope the jury in Sara's case don't dole out similar finds ,

gleeson Mitchell Found not guilty of murder .found guilty of allowing and step father found guilty of murder .
In my opinion the mother should have been found guilty of more

So Mr Ivers did say something -
'Michael Ivers KC, for the third defendant, told jurors: “What evidence links Faisal Malik to murder – nothing.”'
What evidence that linked him to the murder was probably destroyed with the doorbell and conveniently lost phones

Yes, and he is probably ignoring the circumstantial evidence, anyway.
He must have said a bit more than that sentence! Perhaps the Guildford Dragon will be a bit forthcoming when it comes out.

Uncle living in this house of horrors
linked him to the murder of an innocent child.

IMO it is as clear as day

Oops!
I'm not a KC barrister.

Sometimes
at certain age it is better to live far away from family.
Like a student that he was
in students' dormitory.

Malik has stated he was required to distance himself from bienash . And she was required to cover up . ( she didn't cover up in car or airport so that's that lie blown apart kc micheal Ivers) he can put that in a pipe and smoke it haha

I imagine if true this was because in some Muslim families men and women sit separately. Many in different rooms . The menfolk in the living room . Womenfolk in kitchen or other quarters of a house . The idea behind this would be women are not to be exposed to talk of business affairs etc and the idea women would be talking about women's stuff . So if this tradition was followed in the house ,you can bet your life urfan "confided " in fasial what was happening with Sara.

How can you distance yourself when living in cramped conditions??
I have no patience for such idiotism

I hope the Jurors are all right and can start their deliberations on Monday.
We have an attack of snow where I live, traffic jams and all,
I'm not sure of Britain's/ London's weather.
I hope all will run smoothly for Jurors.

Fingers crossed!!!

Yet he chose to sit passively and silent,
while the prosecution accused him of murdering 10 year old child.

Was he seriously relying on his ‘🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬’ brother to clear his good name?

I don't believe for a second that Sara was in anyone's lap in that house.

I doubt there was even room to separate each other in that house.
