This is a completely useless question: Are female defendants held in jail NOT ALLOWED to wear make up?

I know they are ordered to be allowed to wear street clothing (i.e. they don't have to wear jail uniforms that make them look more guilty).... but Kouri just doesn't look very good without make up IMO. Yes, I know society norms are messed up. Some women do look good without it. I know some who never wear make up. Sorry, just a question from an ignorant male.

Do we know as a fact that either the housekeeper or the main drug dealer confirmed the drugs were actually fentanyl and not some other pain killer?

The prosecution is solid. In MOO they are presenting a solid dense case. They've nailed the digital evidence, financial motives, and witness testimony.

And in M00 the defense has failed to neutralize them.

The only other thing that I want to hear is what specific individual (Kouri) says she bought and gave the fentanyl to for the pain.

IMO, this is her one and only hope!

You know that if the drugs were really for someone else.. SHE WOULD ABSOLUTELY THROW THEM UNDER THE BUS AND SUBPOENA THEM AS A WITNESS.

Of course, she could lie again and say it was for herself that she had a drug problem. But she would have to testify...and that's ain't happening.

Anyone have thoughts on the picture the state admitted through AS but isn’t publishing until the minors are redacted? When AS saw the picture she looked a little uncomfortable. Right before the picture, Bloodworth asked when the first picture admitted by defense was taken.

AS said at the end of the night then corrected herself and said towards the end. KR made that bug eyed face she makes every time someone testifies to something thats not great for her.

Then Bloodworth asked if the first picture was then before or after Bryce took off his pants (what. In. The. World).

Then he admitted and showed her the picture with minor children.

So curious if it’s the one KR was freaking out about in the phone call that ER’s sisters were using to show she was an unfit parent.

Carmen Lauber picked up the second lot of drugs from Robert Crozier on the evening of Saturday Feb 26th (confirmed by cell tower mapping). These texts between Kouri and Eric were very clearly on the morning of Wednesday March 2nd, not the day of the poisoning, contrary to her attorney's assertion. Kouri probably wanted time to invite people over on the evening of the 3rd, and see how well they were getting along.

I had a coworker pass earlier this year. After the funeral, a group of her close family and friends got together for drinks. And they DRANK. So I do understand for some people, that’s the norm.

What stuck out to me was having the kids there AND doing it in their house AND having multiple drunk friends stay the night.

Like I said, I can see a scenario where the celebration of life turns into a drunk party. I can see a scenario where you’re discussing happy memories and catch a smiling pic. I’ve been part of situations like that. Everyone grieves differently

No excuse for seemingly NO ONE giving a f*** what’s going on with the children. They should’ve been able to have a quiet night surrounded by love. Not fending for themselves while all these people party (while undressing?????)

I’m sorry but the fixation on the gummies HAS to be bc that’s what KR’s first lawyer was going to try and KR wants her current team to keep down that road.

I know this defense team isn’t the best, but surely no attorney would continue down this line after there was no THC in his system unless the client is pushing it.

Based on what we know about KR, I’m sure she’s driving her defense team bc she thinks she’s the smartest person in the room

Could be why the defense is such a mess. They’re trying to align what they think is going to work with what KR wants and those are two different things.

Can street drugs ever be confirmed as to what they are???? From supplier to supplier to supplier could there have been fentenyl innocently mixed in with pain pills?? I think RC testified that fentenyl was not on the streets during that time. Could ER have gotten fentenyl on his own with NO ONE knowing about it???? That he did it to himself?? Kept them in the empty hydrocodone bottle from 2016 on the bedside?? If not why would that bottle be there on his bedside in 2022?? Was it ever tested?? If not why not?

Testimony has been that KR purchased drugs 3/4 times from CL/RC. Are we to believe that ER was aware that KR found pain pills for him? and he readily took those pills for pain? even indicating that he needed something stronger?

Lots of circumstantial and motive evidence but lots of holes because of the issues you mentioned.
