Fostering pays money to the foster parents. But I'm inclined to think he was going to foster children to turn them into child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 stars...Euk.
JMO
He’s not exactly the profile of someone who would be approved for fostering. Moo

This has been the story of his life...two steps forward--three steps backwards. He never has had a basic sense of common sense...he was in the end attempting to be a successful organized predator without the intellectual ability or the capability to learn from his previous disgusting mistakes and blunders...

SO well put. But he thought he was very very smart. The predatory drive must be really strong in this one.

Folks. I think we need to tread lightly or carry a bit amount of salt with info that suddenly appears on the internet about the perp since his arrest. Maybe it's legit, but it's not confirmed to be accurate as far as I know.

I think that’s exactly what it was....through their investigation they developed information that led them there and to her body. I doubt AA helped in anyway. Usually it seems if a suspect leads LE to a body they are given credit for it so everybody knows the bad guy did at least something half nice.
I thought maybe someone helped AA dispose of the body and maybe they led police there for a reduced sentence or out of conscience. That still may be true but I think LE would have announced their arrest at the PC even if they had made a deal with them.
Yes, exactly my thoughts.

Probably not in the general USA. However, he was of a race that is needed to foster like kind children. Utah being predominantly not full of people of color, he might have been a scarce commodity. He has no prior crimes...
Just thinking out loud..

No, his trial will be in Utah. And honestly, his best chances would be in SLC.
please elaborate on why you think his best chances are in SLC?

Not OP, but SLC is by far the most racially diverse area of Utah. Im guessing that is what the OP is referring to.

I’m now wondering if the mattress and box springs yielded additional evidence? I think something very bad happened in the garage based on how much time they seemed to spend there - I also think items were recovered from the holes in the backyard - poor KL- but a monster is off the streets JMO

As Milkshakedonkey stated, SLC is more diverse than any where else in Utah by a long shot. Many of the other areas in Utah are very strict Mormon he would be much more likely to be sentenced to death areas outside SLC. His lawyers would be crazy to ask for a change in venue.

I just read they found her body. I am so sad but hope that bringing her home will bring her family some closure. Those poor people.

I had posted a pic of the actual evidence markers in the garage. Let me see if I can pull that again, fwiw (of course items can be taken as “potential” evidence, it doesn’t necessarily mean they were used in the crimes):

Looking for post.

re: fostering, idk if there is any connection is there, seems a little off the wall to me, but I can say there is an enormous shortage of foster parents in Logan/Utah in particular.

I tried to edit my reply, casting it in possibilities, and in line with your comment. But my thoughts ran with the Jesse Lee Matthew comment made by Margarita25.

Thanks for the response...I am Canadian and not familiar with Utah.

Yeah, just that he's most likely (but still highly unlikely IMO) to get an anti-DP/lenient/sympathetic jury/judge in Salt Lake County because it's far and away the most liberal and diverse area in Utah.

I think he didn’t research how hot it has to be and how long you have to burn a body to ashes. Pardon the harshness here. If anyone here followed the Millard cases here (RIP to those victims as well) he and Smich bought an animal incinerator and ran it overnight and they were still able to recover teeth. I think AA figured out after too long that he wasn’t gonna be able to get rid of all the evidence via burning in the backyard so he tried to find an alternative site to dump her body.

And the neighbors were complaining about the fire. He may have gotten spooked and gave up on the burning.

It was suggested upthread that her body was kept in the garage/shed I think, until he took her to the canyon (possibly). So maybe there was more of a wealth of evidence there because of that being a holding place, rather than the scene of the homicide itself. I'm not on board the dismemberment train at this point (although a lot of possibilities in this case), but he could still have been trying to destroy evidence and/or decomp could have been taking place there. JMO

ETA: It did occur to me that the missing mattress was a coincidence in this particular crime but would have been an obvious-seeming lead to police. Or it could be evidence of past assaults/physical evidence unrelated to Kenzie. Not saying this is what I think happened, just raising the possibility that it's a red herring of sorts

They had to have found dna evidence in his car if he moved her after her death. JMO

  • #779
Well I'll never get caught up. Above it says that she was found 85 miles from his house? So that would be 170 round trip, is there any indication that somehow his mileage was traced? Yes I know that would be far fetched. Or even any proof shown yet that it was his car?

It says "current addresses", and i could swear it was not there when i searched his name. But since i'm in Europe and sometimes i get a message saying "this is not available in your region" (which is not the case), is there a chance that WP is showing the wrong info?

We know that WP is not foolproof and/or accurate because Logan, UT is not AA's current address!

But I still believe AA's name was not there when you looked a few days ago, and somebody wants to intentionally link AA with fb friend -- probably has future plans for this pair. And they're probably not good intentions... o_O
