*Charged (8/13/19) with 19 counts of possessing child pornography.
8/13/19 Update: An additional 19 charges were filed Tuesday of possessing child pornography. The images are mostly of children between the ages of 4 and 8 years old, the charges state. 9/9/19: Preliminary hearing another set for 10/21.
10/21/19: A preliminary hearing in that case has been set for later in March.

No plea entered yet. Held without bond.

hmmm... it has a different case # from what I have written down. This one you posted is 191908319 & I have/had #191905024, but the dates match up on my notes. I guess he is having Kenzie's case & this 2018 sexual assault on the same date, 4/27.

There wasn't a preliminary hearing on 3/11. Apparently, the article posted from KUTV was incorrect. That's why the page was removed. It was postponed. As far as I know, there hasn't been a new date set for the preliminary hearing.

Okay - I see in my notes I have:

3/2/20 Update: Preliminary hearing 3/11 has been postponed. Rescheduled for 4/27. But was rescheduled again for 3/9 & 3/11. 3/9/20: Waived his right to a speedy trial. Ajayi will appear in court again on Wednesday 3/11 at 9 a.m.

But then I see it was rescheduled for 3/9 & 3/11.... confusing - so I'll put Kenzie case on 4/27.
