Really? the witness told his little girl "I'm coming home, sweetie pie" - this is evidence of his unreliability? Who wouldn't try to comfort their child? This is really stretching it.

IMO, this witness is a master manipulator, knows how to play the system, and people. I wouldn't doubt he himself had sociopathic traits. Not all sociopaths commit murder......yet!!

I don't find him credible.

Just an FYI, most jurors do pay attention to inmate testimony, even though defense counsel does bring up their record and any deals made. Jurors cannot un-ring the bell.

He's better for the state than the other two inmates were. He is young and has done some pretty shady things, but he is not a murderer. I might be gullible, but I do believe this guy.

Inmate P's testimony is consistent with the 2 inmates from Federal Prison. Wanting a deal for testimony cannot change that. He was not in Federal Prison with the other 2. That is how I would look at it. Unless defense has proven contact between all the inmates, they cannot all have come up with the same story.

This is my view as well, they were not incarcerated all together, yet they all have some version of the same story....I believe them..
