Why do I get the very strong sense that everything he "thinks" he knows about BD/SM, he most likely got from watching 🤬🤬🤬🤬....so he really probably knows nothing at all, making almost everything he does dangerous.

and there is a big jump in assessed value I saw - something was definitely going on with that piece of property IMO. Is he a flipper?

Houses in this neighborhood are being flipped everyday. The real estate market has been crazy hot.

“Requirements, either citizenship OR lawful permanent resident with valid green card.”

That’s the way I did it.

At the time, I was a Green Card holder from the UK.

I didn’t bother becoming a citizen until afterwards, which is what this guy apparently tried to do.

It requires proof of service, and an honorable discharge if you do it after (and want to have it expedited and free).

From reports, he tried to do it, but never submitted his military service records.

ITA this has been an unusual missing persons case - but so very glad LE was right on top of it the whole time - from missing to arrest was one of the quickest I have seen on WS. JMO

And people criticized LE for being slow, and not seeming to take her disappearance seriously! I bet they were working hard from the very start—learning everything they could about her and the people she knew. And then, once they got the warrants.... everything fit into place instantly, I suspect.

MOO internal changes to a home - walls and doors that don't affect bearing walls generally don't need a permit. Sounds like he he needed a contractor to build those changes though. MOO suggest the police offer amnesty to any unlicensed contractor that did building work for him.

I don't believe there's confirmation the sound proof room was ever built.

In the earlier threads of this case, there was documentation posted from AA's insurance claim due to basement flood. The contractor that refused the soundproof work was said to be a referral from the plumber that completed the insured work. Insurance work is typically completed by licensed businesses.

Oh em gee. o_O That makes the most sense if his friend moved in Jan 2018 but I honestly do not know which one is correct without seeing the deed. I can't believe it's not on the assessor's website. Pondering what to do here...

"ETA: “Nexus” actually referred to the house, as I see MassGuy has pointed out."

Yes, as you and MG point out, it could be him or his house. My point was the word *nexus* meant it went back outWards after it went back to him.

Otherwise, why use the word nexus?
I'm trying to comprehend with vocabulary why use that word unless it goes back towards him and then back out to some others? I guess it is perhaps my background and the use of that word scientifically.

I would analogize it to a patient zero for a communicable disease, and trace it back to one person who originated it. And then they can find many people going back out from the Nexus /patient zero.

Just an extremely interesting choice of word used, and showing how many interpretations there are amongst us.

I think you and I are talking about the same thing but described it differently but I am also talking about the possibility of more than that and the ways of interpreting it. I don't quite have the words.

I guess with any of what I am thinking of it still goes to what you are saying and to me the word hub still comes to mind. It starts with one nexus/hub/core and from there it sends out and multiplies and brings back/has returns I guess is the simplest wording I can think of.

An airport may be a good example. How many planes fly out, many come back bringing different passengers. They also connect at different smaller hubs. Just using a basic.

It may be as simple as to how his house connects to the case and it may mean how she came to know him, if anyone else she knew was familiar with him, had been to his house, ever met up with him at the park or elsewhere, and it could even go further than that. That also could tie into the very explanation given for how the home connected to the case, or she connected to him, besides just a text or two.

I simply await more information.

Jmo.

and now I'm wondering if he didn't continue searching for a contractor because he decided he wouldn't be holding anyone for a long period of time...

Agree, green card holders (i.e. permanent residents) may join US military.

One benefit of serving in the military for a person seeking US citizenship is that is speeds up the waiting time - instead of having to wait the required 5 years to apply for citizenship, a green card holder with 1 year honorable military service or who is still within 6 months of honorable discharge can apply.

Didn’t know that about you, MassGuy. I’m proud of you!

Hard to think that six months in the military—without basic training!—would qualify him? Maybe that’s why he never submitted the records?

And then there’s that whole business of a ‘lawful’ green card. If it were established that the marriage was a sham....

I’m convinced the Army screwed up their messaging.

I still think he went to basic training.

He wouldn’t have submitted those records because he wouldn’t have qualified. He would be ineligible to obtain citizenship through his military service.

He didn’t serve long enough, or get out under the required conditions.

Unlimited budget??

From the PEOPLE article "FOX 13 reports that Wolf was told he had an unlimited budget for the secret room, which he wanted to be accessible via a fingerprint locking mechanism."

Put an * next to the bought house in 2017-2018 and include the 3 different sources/dates in a footnote. So we have the info document and will hopefully avoid posting too much about it again.

I don't think people were criticizing LE for being slow- but not taking her being missing serious. In the beginning, LE said they thought it was voluntary.
