I have a couple of questions. Did Cori not tell his attorney about the AWOL conviction or did the attorney just fail to mention it in court. Also, is it possible to get an honorable discharge if you have been convicted of AWOL? I would be curious about the AWOL details. Yeah Judge!! I would find it concerning also.

You would have thought the defense attorney would have mentioned it. He made sure the press got wind of it. Agree about the AWOL conviction.

I'd still like to find out whether his disability requires mind-altering medication, and whether that had a role here.

Cory has been charged with seven counts of felony child neglect, stemming from incidents that go back well over a month. His next court hearing will be on April 5.

I personally don’t think an accident while CB was away would spiral into all this without him having told by now what happened and what he had done to cover up the accident .. more likely to me he’s hiding what he done whether he get away with it
or not ..but I am still holding out hope Codi will be found and soon.

and those 7 counts only encompass the two specific occasions that Cory admitted to. I will eat humble pie later if I am wrong but I am 99.9% certain that is just the two occasions they confronted him with evidence of. I believe it will be shown he was in a regular habit of leaving those little ones alone for extended periods.

I've wondered that myself. Pretty sure that was the norm and not just a couple of times. Those of us who have had children know it is quite the adventure to go out with small children. BUT guess what, it's what we signed up for when we had them. Over time we'll find out a lot more of the day to day in that household and some of it isn't going to be pretty. Those poor kids.
