It just doesn't make any sense to me, how nobody in that family seems to be asking where Codi is. Why are they so "loyal" to a father that hasn't reported his child missing and refuses to disclose where his 4-year-old son is? This makes zero sense.

It’s just so sad , even Codi’s adult siblings say nothing. Codi’s mother hasn’tReally said anything. I really wonder if those children ever felt love I hope Codi’s siblings are getting help and love now. I am so glad the locals are out there keeping Codi’s name out there and attend every court date. We need more people like them advocating for all children jmoo

I hope soon Codi deserves more. The people representing Codi’s voice from the area go to the courts ,they were thinking LE is close to charges about Codi .that’s why defence is now seeking a mental health evaluation . I thinks they are trying set up a defense when those charges are laid just moo

Cory Bigsby's trial postponed with no date set yet

Bigsby's trial was originally set for Nov. 7, 9, and 10, but it was continued on a defense motion.

In a fb post some people from Hampton roads were in Washington DC and posted a missing poster on the White House fence. Aparently the lawyers were in front of the judge Wednesday but no one’s said what’s going on. This is only for the child abuse charges What about Codi I wish LE would finally get enough to charge him about Codi . Codi matters where is he jmoo

I'm just waiting for MSM to post but apparently Cory's lawyer got a mental health eval before it was court ordered judge threw it out and court ordered a eval next court Jan 27 2023.. his lawyers have really made a mess out of everything they have done jmoo but it's not like Cory's going any where anytime soon. People in the Hamptons haven't forgotten Codi they are always at court and they clean up and refresh codi's memorial on the fence ,it's kinda sad I wish Codi had this when he was alive ,hey cory#where'scodi jmoo

Judge orders competency evaluation for Cory Bigsby.
Cory's trial had been set to start in November but was postponed. As of Dec. 9, no new trial date has been set.

The court said the results of the competency evaluation would be reviewed on Jan. 27.
