I agree, it calls for disciplinary action. Hopefully the judge and other officers of the justice system will take action.
I agree with you and Puzzles. There should be some kind of disciplinary action for this. It’s very unprofessional in my opinion.

"I absolutely believe post-verdict that Pirates is primed for rebooting with Johnny as Capt. Jack back on board," the former exec tells PEOPLE. "There is just too much potential box-office treasure for a beloved character deeply embedded in the Disney culture.

"With [producer] Jerry Bruckheimer riding high on the massive success of Tom Cruise in Top Gun: Maverick, there is huge appetite for bringing back bankable Hollywood stars in massively popular franchises," the insider adds.

I wonder if Team Heard is currently investigating these jurors.

It wouldn’t surprise me and it’s concerning that a juror would be subjected to this. Im curious if the legal community is going to respond to this or if they ignore it knowing that she won’t get far with it.

If the VP of AH's insurance company sometimes sat next to WH in court, she obviously heard testimony and saw evidence displayed. I don't know how often she attended court or who she saw testify, but it sounds like she was there more than just a couple of days.

The VP's job really is to look out for her employer's assets, ie., the money they're shelling out for lawyers for AH. Her first allegiance is to her employer, the insurance company, not AH.

The VP listened to AH's testimony, saw the theatrics, might have taken note that the solid evidence supporting AH's case was scant and sketchy. Do you suppose this executive feels good about spending money to defend AH? Is she with the "believe all women, no matter what" team?

Insurance people are trained to recognize scams. I wonder if this one did. JMO
I kept wondering who the was sitting next to Whitney for several days. She was smiling and laughing along with Whitney. The lady had long, thick gray/blonde hair. I wrongly assumed she was party of the legal team bit she was protecting their investment.

The Irony:

Amber Heard: I spoke up against sexual violence — and faced our culture's wrath. .. By Amber Heard.

The wrath is real, Ms Heard....
Because you 'spoke up' and lied..

The question is how many alpacas will it take for JD to return to Pirates? ;)

Supposedly, Elaine is going to be interviewed on Court TV this morning. I hope they ask her some tough legal questions and give her some pushback for her prior interviews.

Hahaha, it’s so ironic that it’s funny! She really doesn’t get that she 100% sunk herself by lying the whole way through. I’m glad though that she did because if she would have 50% told the truth it may have been harder for the jury to dissect.

I know she is a narcissist who believes her own lies but what I don’t grasp is the lack of intelligence in thinking no one else would know that she was lying. For lack of a better word, it’s kinda dumb.

Lying 100% combined with no evidence is a big chance to take for a winning strategy. Did she not care that she could possibly face perjury charges??

I said yesterday I think EB is trying to flush them out so AH and her gang can go after them on social media .Once their identity is revealed it will be awful for them. We saw and heard how she treated JD. She will be out for revenge on anyone who didn't agree with her. AH is a hateful person . EB dropping this crap so they are forced to step out and defend themselves. I feel bad for them. jmo

Im looking for what I saw on the 6 points she will be discussing in this interview. I ignored the tweet and now can’t find it. Did you see anything mentioned on the 6 points?

Or maybe heards lawyers requested the 1 year identity protection because they planned all along to attack the jury if they lost.

It’s outlandish to accuse them of not adhering to legal system. Does she really believe that reading or seeing something outside of the courtroom is punishable by law, therefore it can overturn a verdict?

§ 16.1-107. Requirements for appeal.

A. No appeal shall be allowed unless and until the party applying for the same or someone for him shall give bond, in an amount and with sufficient surety approved by the judge or by his clerk if there is one, or in an amount sufficient to satisfy the judgment of the court in which it was rendered. Either such amount shall include the award of attorney fees, if any. Such bond shall be posted within 30 days from the date of judgment, except for an appeal from the judgment of a general district court on an unlawful detainer pursuant to § 8.01-129. However, no appeal bond shall be required of a plaintiff in a civil case where the defendant has not asserted a counterclaim, the Commonwealth or when an appeal is proper to protect the estate of a decedent, an infant, a convict, or an insane person, or the interest of a county, city, town or transportation district created pursuant to the Transportation District Act of 1964 (§ 33.2-1900 et seq.) of Title 33.2. In a case where a defendant with indemnity coverage through a policy of liability insurance appeals, the bond required by this section shall not exceed the amount of the judgment that is covered by a policy of indemnity coverage.

I have been hearing attorneys on social media state that in Virginia you must give a bond up to what the judgment against you was before you can appeal it. I have also seen it stated (no clue if it is true) that AH attorneys fees have actually been paid by a liability insurance policy she carries and not from her own pocket.

If both those things are true, does the BBM apply if AH were to try to appeal this verdict? I am curious if she will be required to pay all of some of the judgment against her as her bond before being allowed to do so. Anybody with more VA law knowledge than me have a an idea how an appeal process would work should AH be silly enough to attempt to file one?

COMING UP AT 2 P.M. ET: Angenette Levy's EXCLUSIVE interview with #Depp v. #Heard court stenographer Judy. They talked about the defamation trial and the backlash she is facing on social media. The court reporter also revealed the TRUE story behind the hug from Johnny Depp.

I wish someone would say to EB that she requested the jury not speak to press for one year yet you in one day came out and through mud at them. What say you EB to that approach

It’s correct that she needs to secure a bond but I don’t know how they determine the amount.
