Absolutely… not to mention, there’s now a tender doubtless adorable baby that lives with her now; presumably alone, just the two of them.
I certainly hope this means she’s given up her daily consumption of red wine, as it does not flatter her personality.
Thankfully for the baby she would only bring praise to a narcissist and not competition for years to come; but once AH starts appreciably aging, that’ll be a lot of weight on the poor mite’s shoulders, IMO.

if this is the woman, it should be a treat, as in the UK, IIRC all the woman did was say ‘after he got married, the household stopped spending casual time together doing things such as taking communal meals’, after which Amber released a truculent statement saying, basically, ‘That wasn’t my fault, nor something I asked for, nor something someone made me aware of, as I would have been appalled’, to which any objective bystander (such as myself) almost surely said ‘Cool your jets, lady… nobody ever SAID it was your fault, she just mentioned it as a fait accompli. You jumping in the lady’s chili makes it seem FAR more likely that you in fact were the cause of it.’

Why did JD lose the UK trial ?
I don't know how any of the things I mentioned would be "mutual abuse" but that would be my new found fear if the jury decides in AH's favor. (I was being a bit snide with my comment)

I was seriously wondering because my son, now grown and happily married to a wonderful woman, once dated a crazy narcissist.
And we really did have to give him important instructions---don't try and defend yourself, don't keep engaging when she is gaslighting you- etc etc....Thank Goodness he figured it out but it was kind of scary....It was his 'first love' so I felt so bad for him, being a teenager and being manipulated like that.
AH reminds me of Jodi Arias----trying to get vengeance upon her ex because of her own bitterness and hatred.

) And, same here... my tenderhearted youngest son was in a long relationship with a (beautiful exterior but evil interior) gal. He learned from it... but it was so difficult.

the judge ruled that the accusations of abuse she had made against him were ‘substantially true’; and this apparently included/rolled up any one or several of the lurid stories that were brought out by AH’s legal team; which were, however, not touched upon in her actual editorial.
also, it was a bench trial and involved no jury.
I would imagine that Depp paid King double his normal rate to work for him...I mean "house manager" should not include having to deal with $75,000++ damages from two toxic adults. Watching that lifestyle and having to cater to it...well I bet there were many that started working with Depp and left.

Oh, and, um, interestingly enough, as Ben King's testimony has reminded me, part of what the UK judge did not object to was the chunk of AH's testimony that involved JD allegedly sexually assaulting her - over the course of days - in the very same finger-lopping exchange.
This is overwhelmingly likely to be the story that AH's assistant Kate says AH co-opted from Kate's life and used as her own story, IMO; even though no one has precisely said this in so many words.
As part of said ordeal, AH also claimed that JD was "holding her hostage" in the Australian mansion while he sexually abused her; which is probably why his attorneys had Ben King testify that there are conservatively 15 methods of exiting the premises, and that it would de facto seem almost impossible that she couldn't leave if she wanted to/without JD noticing.
Furthermore, Ben King's testimony about Amber objecting vehemently to the idea that she should leave Australia for Los Angeles - again, before she's retroactively said JD sexually assaulted her - because "then everything will be over"; is IMO ludicrously at variance with any contention on her part that she couldn't wait to get away from him; and, in fact, hews a lot more likely towards an interpretation that she knew if she gets any chance to get away from HER, he was in fact going to move to end their marriage... a thing which she clearly did not want.

Bahamas estate manager Tara Roberts is now being questioned by Johnny Depp's team. We can see her sat in front of a white sheet, with her dark hair pulled up on top of her head.
She says she has worked for the actor on his private island for 15 years. She describes it as "an estate in the middle of nowhere" and says her duties include all the day to day running of the home and the resources necessary to keep it functioning well.
First off we are shown a short vide, which seems to have been shot on a mobile phone, which gives a 360 degree round view of the living area of the Bahamas home. Ms Roberts is then shown a second video, again moving around the home, and walking into what looks like a bedroom and closet area, through a beaded curtain.
Ms Roberts says she works with three other members of staff to run the estate - CJ, Steven and Rico. She says she receives a monthly salary for her work. She describes him as "family orientated, very social, outgoing" and says "I enjoyed working with him".

We saw a series of texts sent between Johnny Depp and Bettany in court yesterday, in which the pair discussed "drowning and burning" Heard. Depp said he was "ashamed" of his language in the messages, but said they were not meant to be taken literally.
We don't dwell on Bettany's visit for long, but move onto Ms Roberts description of when Depp and Heard were first together. She says Depp and Heard seemed very much in love. However, she says things gradually changed. She said after Heard arrived it "became more of a formal island" with professional chefs rather than family meals, and more demands over toiletries being prepared and ready on the island, and more luggage, and just more demand on staff generally.
She is asked about a specific visit from Depp to the island in August 2014 - his detox trip - when the staff were asked to prepare for a one month stay. She says in the end, Depp - who bought people with him including Doctor Kipper and Heard - only stayed for a few weeks.

She says in the end the ceremony happened a little earlier than planned, to avoid intrusion.
She is asked about the alcohol for the party, and says she purchased it after being given a list of drinks to buy. She says while most people were drinking, Depp was not. She says at the time he was drinking "Dr Pepper and sugar free Red Bull".
She is asked how close she was to Heard during a stay in December 2015, and she says she was "close" to Heard, and would kiss to greet her "face to face, cheek to cheek". She says she doesn't believe Heard was wearing make up at the time, and she saw no injuries on her. She says at that time there was a photoshoot going on, with Heard being photographed by a man called Greg.
She also describes an incident which occurred at the time between Depp and Heard. She says Heard came looking for Depp in the office, saying "I'm sorry, please come back to the house." She says Depp then went outside and got into a vehicle, before Heard "stood in front of it" and eventually got in and they drove back to the house.
Ms Roberts say she and another member of staff, CJ, took the John Deere buggy up to the house. She says when they arrived they could hear the couple arguing and heard Heard saying to Depp: "You're a washed up actor... You'll die a fat, lonely old man."

Ms Roberts says Heard had a bottle in her hand at the time. She says neither knew we were there. She says she could see Heard "clawing, grabbing at his clothes... trying to viciously pull him back". She says Depp "didn't react" to Heard pulling him, and "stood there with his arms by his side. He didn't do anything."
Ms Roberts says she then took Depp back to a café, while CJ took Heard elsewhere to separate them. She says Depp had a bruise on the bridge of his nose, which she put an ice pack on to help his swelling go down. She says Depp then slept on the couch in the café "for the rest of the morning".
When she saw Heard the next day, she describes it "as a normal morning", with guests leaving the beach that morning. She says she "didn't observe any" injuries on Heard. She re-iterates that Depp had "bruising on the bridge of his nose".
For her final question, Ms Roberts is asked: "How often have you seen Mr Depp drunk?"
She replies: "He had a huge tolerance for alcohol. I haven't seen him passed out drunk though."

Ms Roberts is asked how Depp and his family "would take their meals" typically. Ms Roberts says sometimes she would take the meal to the café to Depp, other times they would be taken to the house. She says most of the time the meal would be left for Depp and his family to eat, but other times they would stay and all eat together. Ms Roberts says she didn't live with Depp 24/7, and so agrees she "wouldn't know whether Mr Depp was taking drugs, and wouldn't know if Mr Depp was drinking". However, she says she may know "from cleaning up... From what was in the garbage and what was left out..." who had consumed what.
Ms Bredehoft says "you wouldn't know whether there was any kind of physical abuse going on behind closed doors". Ms Roberts agrees.
She's now asked how much notice she is given as to when Depp and his entourage would be coming. She says it depended. She says for the Christmas 2015 trip she was told in November. Heard's lawyer is now reading a list of people, including Heard's parents and friend Rocky Pennington and her parents were "cancelling". Ms Roberts says she recalls the "list changing" but doesn't recall when exactly they cancelled, or if it was after December 2015. Ms Roberts says someone "was coming instead" and said she was told that would be the photographer called Greg who we earlier heard took photos of Heard on the island, his wife Alice - a clothes designer - and their children and nanny.
