How does the incinerator facility work? Can anyone enter and dispose of their trash or does the trash go to the landfill first and then they sort what is to be incinerated?

Trucks get routed there and the Bethel landfill for dumping. But anyone can drop off stuff. I do it once a year for work. You pay a fee and dump the stuff down in the pit.

I can’t believe Noah is not getting more coverage. MD had many threads and overflowing support from the community. I live just several hours away and have heard/seen nothing about Noah.

I hope justice is served!

Ocean3797, these posts are tough to read. Children are defenseless and need loving care and constant watchfulness. If a child is left in the crib for so long, no wonder they have trouble walking, but also that would explain the burns also, lying in god knows what. No words.

ETA: He wouldn't answer the question about the condition of the remains. A police officer found him. He did say he was found at the steam plant though, but I would assume the remains were in fairly decent condition if they were only found 3 hours ago, by a police officer, and they already held a PC about it, right? JMO
