What was it in reference to?

After Sachak was cross examining MS, he said to Dungey "you put a perjurer on the stand" while the jury was in the middle of leaving the room. Dungey was upset because he felt that the jury could have heard that and said it was the most unprofessional thing he has ever witnessed another lawyer do in court. That it reflected negatively on Dungey himself and that he would file a complaint if need be.

Meneses, for instance, told police that Millard’s house was broken into and someone stole a bag with a gun in it and a lot of marijuana. The jury was not allowed to hear that.

DM is certainly off his rocker.

And MM was contacted by MS and MS was charged for that (still not sure why DM isn't charged for his contacts).

And I was wrong about the mistrial stuff and looks like the MS Facebook photo wasn't just an online photo but him with an actual bullet.

Oh meaning MS was a perjurer?

I think SB told that TB was in a room with his daughter. (Maybe she told that three years ago) I doubt that he went before or after that anywhere.

It makes by blood boil reading all hidden evidences and that there are another trials waiting. Crown needed to make a ONE case with all three murder charges and that no excuses that this or that could not be heard. Especially when the previous two predate TB.

How old would you say the blond lady was? TIA

Hmmm ... Maybe... 40 something? .... It is possible she was older but that was a while back so I'm just going from my pre-coffee morning memory of a few glances at her a month or two ago.

I can't get my head around why MB has never been charged with anything. Not only did she tamper with evidence (the prints on the trailer in her driveway) she facilitated the transportation of the letters to/from DM, CN and SS.

Can someone really well versed in the law explain why no charges??

LOL. Every report sounds like "Did you see the moon, it's sooooooo beautiful. Sorry I'm crying but it makes me sad for the baby seals because they deserve to LIVE. My boyfriend isn't answering my texts. His wife is such a *****! OMG I need ice. Can I borrow your ice?"
Lol, not directed at her, that is funny all by it's self.

Thinking about the gas question. I had to go reference tweets, if they were looking at the 3 trucks on the super sucker video, I could see why they may ask the question. SB said in testimony TB was making the truck look pretty before the test drive. (SC tweets Feb 1) I actually had to think back... Did he take it to get fuel before the 2 arrived? I see after looking that is nowhere in the statements that I can find but it did make me think. Jurors don't have the references. Possibly one of the jurors notes reflected my same memory... JMO

If they are looking at the 3 trucks on the Super Sucker video, I can't see how they would connect that with TB getting fuel. The 2nd truck goes back towards the Bosma residence at 6:15 Super Sucker time. The Bosma truck followed closely by the Yukon go past in the other direction at 6:20 Supersucker time. That's only 5 minutes to get back to the house, get the call, watch DM and MS come up the driveway, meet, pull truck out of garage, leave, transfer MS to the Yukon and get back to Super Sucker.

I agree with others that they must be trying to clear up some question in jurors minds but could it really be this?

Regarding the information that was released yesterday once the jury was sequestered;

I think that any doubt that some of you may have had about premeditation may be disappearing. Believe me, that was only the tip of the iceberg, especially regarding Smich. These two are evil, manipulative people, the likes of which Souther Ontario has never seen. If these guys had been left unchecked, I can easily see the death toll rising in to the double digits. And like I said, there is plenty more information that we are not allowed to hear, and If Smich gets anything less that 1st degree, a huge injustice will have been done.

I'm just speculating, maybe because she didn't have a no contact order, it was DM, CN, and SS that did and she was merely the mule.

Not really understanding that either, but my gut tells me that she will be a witness for one of the upcoming trials (possibly WM?) and LE didn't want to complicate things by pressing charges. Obviously there was a reason why she wasn't at this trial, so possibly rules were put in place as well?

And I'm not sure how the law reads. It is against the law for Millard to contact CN, for instance. But it is not illegal for CN to receive those letters. So is it possible that the delivery of those letters is not illegal on MBs part?

Thanks, Matouy!

That was an excellent piece.

The Judge's instruction to the jury to disregard their feelings for Tim rubs me the wrong way, no matter that he is likely covering some legal aspect of impartiality.

Justice for Tim - and all the other victims - is what I say.

Evil lurks.

But justice is about getting the right conviction, not just getting one for the sake of getting one. Can't let people make decisions based on emotions...that's when people make the worst decisions.
