Found Deceased WA - Jenise Wright, 6, Bremerton, 2 Aug 2014 - #3 *Arrest*

is the park property completely fenced in all along its periphery ? And if so, is the fence in good repair? Can it easily be climbed? If the perp was within the park confines, how did they get out? I am assuming she was found off the actual park property, as it appears that the land starts dropping more rapidly toward the creek not too far from what appears to be the park boundary, in looking at the topo map.
Was she taken over/under fence, or around?

I was just wondering about the mom, not saying it is wrong or right.
HLN just showed some pictures. Jenise was an average size child compared to her classmates imo.
I also saw mom. She is older looking than I expexted. I knew she had adult kids. No idea why I was expecting a young woman.
I'm a visual person. I just like to see people. They don't have to speak.

Oh, and Sandra Cantu has been on my mind- all morning.

Not necessarily a male perp- when thinking of her- although I know how rare what happened to Sandra is.

Now finding out the family is Mormon... well, I have my own personal history with this.

ETA In cases where parents have passed the lie detector test with flying colors- isn't that information usually quickly released?

IMO LE has cleared the area where Jenise was found. They have had since yesterday to process it. I hope they have some good evidence. Sadly I do think Jenise's poor little body may have some answers. RIP little one. Your safe now. Sigh.....

I'm. It familiar with this type of brush but that looks pretty dense. How does one get through it? It looks like a person couldn't even stand upright in there.

I just watched one of the missing persons shows and it was about Jessica Lunsford which was horrific. It kind of reminds me of this case

I thought I remember hearing something from one of the siblings in the beginning? And the dad did give an interview. All of the social media things set up like the website and fb page for Jenise are not setup by a family member, its a member of the community who I'm not sure even knew the family before this.

This is going thru my mind too. J hung around with teenagers (can't provide link, but it has been repeatedly reported on this site). She also would have known teenagers from having a 16 year old brother.

As LE is collecting voluntary DNA samples, how old would a teen need to be to give his? Just thinking there may be a state/federal law regarding this.

I wonder if LE is also monitoring conversations taking place on social media among the local teens.

The lack of specific info coming from the home is astounding to me. Am I the only one? Very unusual- isn't it? The last seen and items worn are very important in a case. I don't understand this at all.

The mother not speaking out, is another huge, red flag to me. I feel like I am in the twighlight zone of missing persons (now found murdered) cases.

If this is happening to help the investigation than I am all for it.

I just honestly don't understand... it makes me very suspicious of the persons in the home. MOO

Well, the family isn't back in their home. Perhaps LE doesn't want them in the neighborhood for the protection of the perpetrator......vigilante justice......

In my mind the suspect may be one of the teenage brother's friends, who knew he would not be there to protect her. It would be someone that Jenise was familiar with and trusted. That's just my gut feeling - which is not worth much. I hope this does not constitute a violation of TOS to say this.

That is exactly how my back yard is off my deck. It is not muddy. Soggy, at best. Is the mud info just to throw off the perp? I kid you not- even when it pours, it's not muddy.

It's leafy and filled with sticks and plants and brush and baby saplings, and old leaves. Dirt. No mud.

Sounds like a couple of areas in my backyard that the yard man didn't do because I didn't have another $500 for him.

The picture of the area where little Jenise was found reminds me so much of little Caylee. At least she was found much sooner than sweet Caylee.

Why oh Why do people have to be so rotten inside that they kill our beloved children? That's rhetorical. They are just pure evil.

So the 16 year old son was not in the home that night. 1 less person to sound the alarms. It sounds like someone knew enough about her and took advantage of the big brother not being there...

The fact that a sixteen year old brother shares a room with younger siblings, as young as six, seems unusual to me. Especially considering the siblings are different genders. People need some privacy as they are developing imo.

1. Does not look like digging is possible. Tons of roots.

2. Favorite item. I have walked in mud and shoes weigh a ton with attached mud.

I imagine the shoes left a nice expensive brand print in the mud.

Perhaps the brambles ripped a piece of a shirt?

Shoe prints for sure.
3. Tripping over roots or fallen trees or branches? Left something like a hat or what else? Necklace?
