He refused to answer that for awhile, though...

He knew that to answer the question he would have to at least imply that he did it. I think that is where the hesitation came in. Either that or he was thinking fast to see if he could come up with someone to take down with him.

Detective: Jenise Wright's body was partially covered by wood pallet almost fully submerged in muddy "bog"

So, he (or, they) hid her ?? Sounds like he/they understood right from wrong. Still think this was at least partially premeditated. And am leaning towards there being more than one perp.

I find this rather curious:

From the Notice of Arrest:

"alleged to have been committed by you on or about August 2, 2014 through August 7, 2014"

I will speculate they believe the murder/assault took place on the 2nd and the extended date out to the 7th was the ongoing concealment of the crime, delay in providing DNA, etc.). Also please note, the police report does NOT say "Between the 3rd and the 7th", it clearly states between the 2nd and the 7th is when these crimes took place. And here is why I believe that:

From the Certificate of Probable Cause:

"James told KCSO in August 3, 2014 at 0700 hours, he noticed JPW was not home. It is not unusual for JPW to play outside with friends for extended periods of time, and normally JPW checks in with family every 2-4 hours. It was however, unusual for JPW to be gone from the house that early in the morning."

Now let me ask you this... could she have been in bed at 10:30 Saturday night and also be outside of the mobile home somewhere being brutally attacked at the same time? Obviously not. Clearly she was already gone at 7am (assuming that statement was truthful).

So, how did she get from being snug and safe in her bed at 10:30 to being out there in the woods somewhere with a monster?

I'm reading black nylon duffel bag AND a black shoulder strap from luggage or laptop type bag....

I believe it is the "and/or" that suggests the black nylon strap could be from either a duffel bag, laptop, or luggage.

I've seen reference to Bremerton Finest several times and about comments but when I pull up BF on my FB it only shows businesses in that area. Am I looking in the wrong place? Can someone help me? TIA

It's a business.

From the probable cause statement:

Probability of selecting at random from the US population an unrelated person with his same DNA profile: 1 in 9.1 Quintrillion... tough odds if you're GG.

She never made it to bed Saturday night, imo.

I agree they need to grieve as a family, but iirc, the children were removed due to probable cause found during the investigation. Probable cause for neglect would be my guess, and frankly it would be a disservice to those children to return them until that is addressed in a comprehensive manner.

Please forgive me for replying to a post that was posted so long ago. I haven't been on line here all day.

I don't think it was anything to do with neglect. I believe that during the investigation they were either told by Mr. Wright outright or found out about his prior offense that happened many years ago.

Until they knew who the suspect was they would remove the children for their safety incase Mr. Wright turned out to be involved.. I think that is why the Wright family commented since the suspect has been arrested now they are asking the court for the children to be returned. I think that was the reason and the reason no longer exist since Mr. Wright is not the suspect and had nothing to do with his daughter's death.

I do think the court will return the children to them.

IMO

That's a good question. My opinion has always been she was never in her bed at 10pm or even 10:30pm on Saturday night. Heck no one missed her until Sunday evening so maybe the same could be said for Saturday night.

Originally I thought it was going to be a couple or a few teens that did this. But since they only found this monster's DNA on her, and no one elses, that changes things, imo. I think it probably was just him. :furious:

I read the obituary of Gabe's aunt. She died at age 50 from "natural causes."
