"She is suffering terribly, and really appreciates all of you!!
Here's the letter.
Peace~Stay Safe
Deb"

Appreciates everyone except me perhaps-glad she cleared up the dock thing, and good to know that BPD is showing some heart if they offered to let her know Joe is alive if he is ever popped on that warrant.
One question that just occurred to me is if Joe's last cell phone call was 1/4/06 around 4AM, and he was last seen by presumably a reliable witness on 1/5/06 but he was called in missing on 1/6/06, why so long to locate his car? The "approved" website indicates the car was located on 1/9/06 behind his favorite restaurant. Now I was under the impression that everything happened quickly-Joe was reported missing, his brother went to look for him with the friend Joe spoke with on 1/4 in the AM and that friend supposedly led Joe's brother directly to the car. And when they got to the car, other friends showed up....but clearly for all of this time I have had it wrong. And on top of that, I am so surprised that Joe did not use his cell phone regularly-IIRC it was found in the car, but he did not use it after the phone call on 1/4....yet he was seen up until sometime on 1/5.
