Thank you! Two facts here: ex-boyfriend and FBI. The FBI being involved says volumes.

ETA - I see others picked up on FBI too. @allyoucantleavebehind Not sure why not WBI, maybe the FBI has more advanced electronic/computer resources or forensic resources. My guess is WBI/local LE called the FBI in - can't see obvious interstate connection or child abduction - so those local/state agencies must have know something(s) concerning.

ETA again - Still processing FBI involvement - always happy when local LE calls in other agencies early for expertise. While the evidence is "fresh" though it usually means the outcome is worse

Another thought on the FBI: what if someone was involved in hate speech situations (say, for speculation, that a person hated children and was vocal about that hatred and acted on it in very particular ways)--would the FBI be more likely to get involved? Is there a hate crime that focuses on children?

I'm wondering whether this man knew about the pregnancy or whether KC met with him to tell him.
Sometimes women do not disclose a pregnancy until the 3rd or 4th month when miscarriage is less possible .

It's unknown. According to KC's mom, her phone does not have any text or phone numbers from that morning, which suggests that the meeting was planned prior to that morning. It also explains why she "dressed up" maybe MOO?

Her phone is still missing (I'm guessing) so LE will be sifting through subpoena of phone records.

TACOMA, Wash. — The FBI is at a Tacoma home Tuesday where Pierce County deputies say a search warrant is being served in connection with a missing pregnant woman from Parkland.

So far, no arrests have been made and no one was detained.

Investigators arrived with the warrant Monday night at the home near South K and 35th streets as the search for Kassandra Cantrell intensifies.

MOO. I'd be very surprised if we hear any pleas related to the baby from this man. I would be astonished by that.

I would assume so as according to her Mother she had an ultrasound or sonogram set up that she missed.

Hmm? Remember the older pregnant lady who disappeared when her daughter was coming to pick her up for her scheduled C-section? Turns out she was never pregnant and they found her after a while.

After reading back a bit, I see they have more info today and it seems she has not just run off. Seems to be some sort of foul play. I hope not. Moo.
