Was the homeowner married? Had kids? Any possibility of any friends or family in the house at the time of this incident?

I'm interested in what type of defense will play out in the trial for the homeowner.

To my knowledge, the defendent owns two adjacent homes. The home where the shooting occurred, though still a residence, was apparently being used largely as an office. This required the owner to go to his primary house next door to obtain a weapon. I dont think it was occupied by anybody else at the time a mistaken Rosas came in and started to use the shower.
