August 31, 2011: I can't understand all the lingo in the court record, but JB is listed as a defendent in a complaint filed on this day in King County Superior Court; it refers to an unlawful detainer

An unlawful detainer is part of a civil eviction process...yes, as in being evicted from your apartment! I spend a lot of time in online dockets (am NOT a lawyer) and this is one of the most predominant civil proceedings I see. Talk about STRESS!!!!

I searched the case records and Solomon is also listed as a defendant. The plaintiff is a different S Metalwala (female I believe). I wonder if this pertains to the store they had, and not JB's apartment.

They are not hanging from a holder. The end of the bananas are sticking up and the stem can be seen under the sink faucet.

It's neither here nor there. But I'm trying to get a feel for when that photo was taken. If it is one of JB's "staged to show she is feeding the children" pics, it is likely taken before Sept 5th, when she began preparing her documents for the upcoming mediation and court dates.

I tried to open the court dockets last night and couldn't. Does anybody remember for sure what the marathon mediation dates were?

Sky's scent was not detected outside the vehicle nor do we know if there was "smell of death". After following Casey Anthony case, one would assume that if a body was placed in the car, it would emit decomp smell especially if one feels Sky was dead prior to Nov 6th.

If that's the case, where did she hide him from Oct 1 to Nov 6th?

That's the million dollar question.

If we just go by the areas that LE has searched. . .walking distance from Veloce Apts or somewhere along a Metro bus route.

I know Sky disappeared November 6th and that on November 4th, Julia pulled out of the mediation agreement.

ETA: The mediation occurred sometime in the week prior. I'm still searching. It must have been sometime between October 31st and November 4th. I'm still looking.

Thanks! I don't know why, but I always thought the mediation was Nov 3rd-4th. I've seen posted on another forum that it was Nov 1st-2nd. So I was. . .

The court case between Solomon and Julia continued well into 2011 with multiple declarations from multiple family members and friends, and including Solomon&#8217;s attorney Leslie Clay Terry. On October 14, 2011, a motion hearing was scheduled with Judge William L. Downing along with an order on pre-trial conference. On November 2, just four days before Sky went missing court records show a Notice of Settlement/Authorization for Clerk to Strike Trial Date.

I was pretty sure that the Mediation was the 2nd because it was 2 days later, the 4th, when she called trying to back out of it. Then 2 days later of the 6th he was reported missing. Of course, I can't find any documentation of that, but IIRC

Yes, I think the two articles I found above confirm the January 2nd date.

There are numerous legal documents in which it was reported prior to Sky's disappearance that JB would obsessively clean for up to 10 hours straight each day. During those cleaning frenzies (which were a result of her severe OCD), SM would have to take the children out of the house to feed them at local establishments, as JB would not allow them to eat in the home. SM had to hire an employee for the store for the sole purpose of covering his shift while he would run out to make sure the children were able to eat.

We believe JB began keeping photographic documentation, or "proof" that she was feeding the children so that no one could argue otherwise in future legal proceedings. We believe these photos were staged and were part of the general manipulation and deceit of JB. We know that she was not, in the end, properly feeding the children, as M was quite underweight when removed from the home and gained weight quickly once in foster care (thus, it was not a health issue or something like that which caused the weight loss).

Some of us believe these two sink photos to be the last photos of Sky and we believe JB took them as further 'proof' that she was feeding the children (when, in fact, she was probably very much struggling to feed them when her OCD behaviors prevented that).

The mediation started on the 1st of November, and ended just past midnight on the 2nd.

And then on Nov.1, two weeks before the trial, we went into a mediation. We spent 11 ½ hours we finished after midnight on the 2nd. She signed a parenting agreement with us. We came up with a parenting plan. And then on Friday, two days later, we received a letter from her lawyer saying she's repudiating it, saying she didn't want it and on Sunday the baby was missing.

It is impossible to diagnose whether someone is malnourished or not just by looking at them. That has to do with having enough vitamins/minerals/protein, etc for proper growth and maintaining your health.

If the children were not given well balanced meals, they could very well be malnourished and can die from that without ever looking like they are sick.

Malnutrition and starvation are two different things.

I agree. And with what we have discovered, all of the pictures posted were likely from fall 2010 and some up until June 15, 2011. We do not have "recent" pictures of the kids to determine how they looked when she reported Sky missing.

IF LE checked her computer - and found the photos that she posted on Flickr - OR checked her cell phone - and found the photos that appear to be the others - it is very easy for them to easily and accurately tell when the photos were taken.

Hopefully they did this. (And maybe that's why they are re-looking the timeline?)

It would be interesting to see her checkbook and see how much money was spent on food in recent months.

I wonder if she ever used canned protein shakes or powder to keep the kids "fed" or make them feel full without bringing in food to the home. It appears that she used formula, but I wonder if she ever tried other things that would not "messy" up her fridge.
