I searched the case records and Solomon is also listed as a defendant. The plaintiff is a different S Metalwala (female I believe). I wonder if this pertains to the store they had, and not JB's apartment.
August 31, 2011: I can't understand all the lingo in the court record, but JB is listed as a defendent in a complaint filed on this day in King County Superior Court; it refers to an unlawful detainer

An unlawful detainer is part of a civil eviction process...yes, as in being evicted from your apartment! I spend a lot of time in online dockets (am NOT a lawyer) and this is one of the most predominant civil proceedings I see. Talk about STRESS!!!!
