Exactly make no mistake. BD makes the decisions and is afraid of no one. She doesn't respect LE or anyone else. They are getting in the way to her happiness.

There is absolutely no reason why she would try to shield Shawn from LE except that she has so much more to lose in the long run, by them finding more evidence about Hailey.

Now let's see how this restraining order works. It may backfire and anger Shawn, or his mother. Shawn is not IMO a strong man he is driven by women. This may be part of LE's plan. Get them really revved up against one another and one will roll.

Hasn't BD said something like this before on the BTH show? She sounds like a stupid drama queen teenager (Not all teenagers are stupid and/or drama queens) when she said he showed up to talk to her about something, but she won't specify. WTH? "If" the PO is true, I bet LE said something to her last night, that made her think they are onto them and that's BD's reason for the PO. I'm sure LE would know if this information was true, they would have to. Say SA shows up at her door and she calls them, wouldn't LE have to know this to arrest him for breaking the PO?

What if BD did spill some info to LE last night while at the Jailbird Motel and this protective order was LE's idea...What if BD already rolled on SA?????

Love this post. Yes, gram... I think LE knows exactly WHOSE tailfeathers to ruffle. And it's BD's. I don't think Shawn is a strong man either... He preys on (potentially... maybe.. IMO) children and animals.

I have this theory about men with very large, LARGE trucks. I think the same applies to a man who loves LOVES that much gore, enough to buy paraphernalia. Think..... Napoleon complex. lol

In the very first interviews, where BD was told Shawn had failed his poly ( and before she failed her own), LE suggested BD get a PO, and she agreed. Maybe this is the PO she is talking about????

Not that it has stopped her from seeing him, but it may explain how LE 'told BD to stay away from SA'. I questioned LE's authority to do this, but if a PO is in effect, then they certainly would remind her of the consequences to SA if he should ignore that PO.


Hence all the denials of being with SA, followed by lieing to LE about his being at her home, and rounded out by a swift kick under a bus wheel (He came around here).

I also thought her friend czgtz had confirmed that she had indeed gotten a restraining or protective order on SA after he failed the poly and she claimed she wanted him out of the house until Hailey came home. :waitasec:

BBM She would call the police and IF the order is filed and the order of service is filed then he can be charged with violation. If there is no service on the TRO/PO at this time he could be arrested for trespassing IF she says he is.

My brain is telling me that "if" one throws the other under the bus, it will be SA to throw her. I believe something went down at BD's home with HD and BD is responsible and I'm not longer thinking it was accidental. I for the life of me, have searched my brain and heart, and from day one pretty much, I believe that's what transpired. SA was just there to help cover up and do the disposal after he had his fun If SA was the instigator, I would think she would have caved by now. I'm thinking they are both going to hold out til the bitter end though until this case had definate evidence or one slips up. JMO
