Was/is Shawn abusive toward Billie?

Hmmmm...she forgot to mention it during her press conference but apparently there were questions asked about SA during this press conference...guess she didn't think about the restraining order when answering that they're not together...they just talk.

OMG...I have to leave her inconsistencies alone for the night...it's literally making me crazy!

IRC that LE didn't want BJD to have any contact with SA at all. Perhaps one of her conditions with the DA (deal) is for her to absolutely have no contact with SA. The DA probably had a PO already filled out for her to sign and it will be presented to the Judge to show good faith that she will not obstruct again.

She might be able to contact SA but I believe that LE/DA wanted SA to have it legally binding.

LE wants SA to be isolated for a reason...my opinion probably FBI has an extensive profile workup on SA and they know how to break him. As long as BJD is around SA this won't happen. Also LE wants to preserve any information for later trial. (they don't want them to compare stories)

After her interview, I bet she got a call from the DA or LE stating that she has yet to make good on one of her preconditions with her deal and that was to make it known next time she speaks to the press that she indeed has a PO out on SA.

If I'm wrong on all of the above, it is just BJD still thinking she is in control.

Just catching up on the latest. My first thought was more BD-BS, but I thought jeezo she can't be so stupid as to lie about something that will be verified first thing Monday morning by every reporter in Texas. So I think it has to be the truth.

Now, why didn't she mention it at her mini PC today? She went as far as to say she was not seeing him anymore, wouldn't that little detail fit in with that statement? Who told her after the fact, to call the press and tell them?

She wouldn't have done the PO on her own, did LE pressure her into it to isolate Shawn? Separation anxiety might break him down, make him talk?

What if the PO is violated by BD (she seeks him out) or they are found together and she is not under duress?

Now I think you hit the nail on the head.

I'll probably be proven wrong eventually, and that's cool, but right now I think the PO is a figment of one drug addled imagination. There is no way she "forgot" to mention it in the interview after her release. She'd just spent a day and night in jail because of her relationship with SA. The topic of the interview was her relationship with SA and the previous days' events, specifically her lies to LE about his presence at her home. Further, the ink would not have been dry on the PO. If she, indeed, does has a PO, she didn't forget about it. Hogwash. She would've been waving it in front of the cameras.

We've witnessed Billie's irrational mindset for three months now, and it worsens as time goes on, imo, because of her drug use. So, to me, the post interview phone call to tell the reporter about the PO simply rings like one more impulsive act by BD in another pathetic attempt to manipulate public opinion.

Something tells me when BD is angry the whole world is going to pay for it. And she is angry that she has no kids now and her dream life is not there. It is Friday night and she is alone. She is isolated. She is angry because How dare they put my in jail. How dare anyone talk mean about me. My kid is missing.

We only know what LE told reporters. We don't know what really went down in that house last night. Only what we have been told. But I bet BD is really angry and wanted the world to know she is still in control.

If I had just been released from jail I certainly wouldn't be showing my face doing a press conference. And then to call back several hours later? To add this little tidbit? She is stewing in her own self made pressure cooker And LE just turned up the flame beneath it a little last night.

I believe she was goaded into getting the order by LE. She hasn't done it willingly so now they helped her out... hint hint to keep Shawn away from her. Divide and Conquer.

When they went to her house to serve HIM they would clearly know he was in violation of the order, IF there was one in place at that time, because the order is on file with LE. In that case they would have arrested him but she was the one arrested.

Yeah she could get a TPO pretty fast, after all SA is the POI in her daughter's disappearance. But when did she have time to do it today? It would have taken time, to fill out the paperwork, get it submitted and get it before a judge. From what I understand she got out of jail today and had an interview with the press today. And the point about the PO, she says that it is good for a year. That isn't a temp order that you can get fast, that is only good until the court hearing. A permanent hearing would take longer IMO.

Unless, and this is a big unless. Unless the prosecutor had a meeting with her while she was in the jail. And he told her this is how it is going to go down. We have the drug charges, and we have other charges related to your daughters death (who knows what, obstruction, accessory or whatever.) Now we don't think that you did anything to her so we will give you immunity on your daughter's charges if you agree to talk about what happened and agree to testify. When she maybe mentioned SA would harm her, they may have hustled up a quickie hearing, got SA notified and gotten the PO in front of the judge. With their assistance it could happen that quickly. But even if this is what happened, don't hold your breath that it will go through this way! Testimony for immunity like PO's are only good if the person who got it follows through.

I wonder if BD had talked with LE since the BTH interview and they suggested that BD should get a PO against him. Then when LE showed up at her door, she was caught off guard and felt "oh oh" (I was gonna say guilty, but I don't seem to thing BD is capable of this feeling) because she never took LE's advice on the PO. Therefore she lied to them about SA being there. Kinda like a kid caught with there hand in the cookie jar. Thing is also, when LE showed up at her door, how did they present themselves to her? Did they just say, "Billie is Shawn here?" BD didn't think it was unimportant, just LE nosying around and she was hoping LE would just go away and no one would be to the wiser that her and SA where still seeing each other. OR Did they say something like "we're here to serve SA with a warrant, is he here Billie." BD lied because she thought the gig was up, they were there to arrest SA. Whatever the scenerio, you don't lie to LE. JMO

Not sure how it is in Texas, in my state where I have my 5 year Order of Protection against my EX, if I were to talk to him [call him] if he answered my call or met with me, he would be arrested. If I had him in my home or met him somewhere then I am not protected. For those of us who have these orders because we have been assalted, we take them seriously because they are there to keep us safe by giving us an option of having a resource to call and put them in [back in] jail. When you have been physically assaulted, you want and need that option.

In my state both are considered to be under the PO. So if I had a PO against my ex and I contacted him, I could be arrested. I would guess if I was caught with him in my home (and I wasn't calling LE yelling about it) that possibly both would be arrested. There are different laws in different states about this.
