I have no problem with Baez getting access to discovery info, it's his other motions (seal court docs and relase from home confinement) that are ballsy!

2 defense motions have been granted 1. access to car 2. reports regarding the car

Those are the only 2 motions that have been ruled on so far.

My favorite motion---about the defense's right to get evidence claiming KC's innocence. Defense wants name, address, and phone number for tipsters. State arguing defense wants documentation from any LE agency. State has no control over other agencies.

It's not the state's job to go and get these documents for you. You can get them and pay through PIA. Funny. I think that we pertaining to the dogs, handlers, etc.
