Most here agree it isn't relevant, the mere fact that Caylee was gone for 30+ days and her mother had no idea where she was and no intention of notifying the authorities prior to CA calling it in SHOULD serve as evidence enough of the neglect. I agree with all who've posted that the defense is jumping the gun, but the judge is likely to let them, since we all know what's coming down the potential pipeline next week when the GJ convenes to consider this matter and, in all honesty, a few extra days/week doesn't really make that much difference at this stage in the proceedings.

The BOTTOM LINE is that there is NO statutory authority or basis for the defense to intervene in ongoing investigation with potential future charges that haven't even been brought yet!!

Oh- I missed that- which side? I just can't believe Jose doesn't have multiple cites for every single one of his requests. The judge actually had to help him out a couple of times. He is in way over his head IMO. I hope she doesn't eventually get to overturn any conviction due to ineffective (incompetent) counsel.
