This is one of Baez's first motions ....Baez says he will explain their position .

Says his biggest issue is security...mentions 1/2 million bond & restrictions.

Security can handle protestors, violence, and media up to this point....says keeping things a secret is strictly security.

Baez will leave it to discretion of court. Baez cannot understand why State is objecting. Baez wants to make Court aware of situation that Miss Anthony needs protection. There is imminent security risk.
