Orlando Sentinel is saying that the records are public, it wouldn't be effective to protect the security of the defendent to seal the documents.

County Atty is saying KC's schedule should be "bland." Either she is home or at her attorney's office. The Sentinel is now testifying.

Security issue could be easily solved! Put the &$%#* back in the slammer!
And all this special treatment... she should be there!!!

sentinal rep objecting as well.

Government is objecting to motion to seal on the grounds that Baez has not presented any legal exception to the public records law.

Sealing sets up civil action against Orange County to be sued for non compliance with public records info.

Also, County says this creates difficulties with OCC and home confinement.
Her schedule should be "bland" relative to home confinement.

Orlando Sentinel is backing up argument of Orange County against sealing of public records.

ITs ON TRUE TV NOW~!!!
Trying to seal the records.....Baez laying cards on table he worried about her security Every time she travels media and protester are around and he is afraid she will be harmed and then the state would have one more case He claims trying to protect KC
County responds objection because open records law claims they(Baez) need to come up with a LEGAL objection which they have not seen travel to other places secret object said KC is on home confinement and should be held to that Orlando Sentinal respond that defense has not give reasonable reason

I never seen a person such as lawyer stutter and say "UM" as much as JB just did.

Watch the Demo presidential candidate, every third word is duh, ah, ah. I can't watch him because of it.

I think he attended the Obama school of oratory!

JB's argument for sealing records secondary to security was a bonehead motion ... he cited NO precidence ... I am surprised that the Judge didn't lol!

Does anyone else notice JB's twitching as others speak?

JB reminds me of the inarticulate defense attorney in My Cousin Vinny

5 minute grits! Don't say that, he (Joe Pesci) was great!
