This is awfully telling - not only the separate federal investigation - BUT what on earth is Baez doing with Casey for 6 hours a day???? If Baez needs to get off his bafoon bootie to get it - well then maybe, just maybe, Casey shouldn't be at his office 6 hours a day!

Baez is in way over his head...he thinks that the State needs to do the whole investigation for him and all he needs is there stuff so he can refute - and then get his own witnesses for what the state says

He's so perplexed, he knows they're being televised, he's trying to tell JB, without totally making JB look the @$$ that he's looking like to any counsel out here watching, and essentially he's been telling JB over & over, through most every motion "I don't think I need to remind the state of their duty!" It's like JB is wanting ruling on his belief that the state MAY in the future violate something.

I was born and raised in Southern California and am extremely familiar with Hispanic names. If the name is so common, how have I never heard it until this case?

My brother, David, will get a kick out of his comment. lol
