I've just been watching some of video of JM cross examining JA, when he was asking about the actual event, what happened after and the voicemail she left him (I'm not sure of the date, the video I'm watching doesn't have the trial date) JA starts to cry.....but if you watch, she never ever wipes her eyes..no tears at all. She tries to cover this from the jury with her hair and refuses to look up but it's so clear she isn't crying. I wonder if the jury noticed that she's faking? Even her body language looks off..

They know. If we can see it through the filter of television then they can certainly see it in person.

Juror number 5 is doing an interview on Az Channel 5. The past few days were tough, she was glad to be on the jury, she did not go there for attention. She wanted to show people that she did not do anything wrong and will tell after the trial. More later

I'm working on a project for WS, but took a break outside. There was a flock of birds flying over our field in an almost perfect "V". I say "almost", because out of the hundreds of birds in formation, there were six or seven flapping their little hearts out, but they just couldn't keep up.
As I watched, the flock slowed down, and ended in in almost a straight line rather than the "V" they once were. One by one, they opened a spot for the stragglers, formed a "V" once again, and flew off.

It reminded me of WS. Of how we share information, catch some of the stragglers up to speed, encourage the ones that are loosing faith, fit everyone into our group, and move on together.
This probably sounds corny, but it's what I thought of when I watched the birds with my grateful heart for WS.

ok - back to work on my project. BBL

I haven't heard anyone comment on the this before, but I was really looking at the drawing of Snow White, am I crazy or do those lips have a smile on them? I know about the rest of the drawing on that paper, which I will not make a comment on.

We are here to see justice for Travis and his family/friends --not to be petty, accusatory or viscous towards people whom we don't really know the whole story about.

Its fun to be the first person to post new info--i agree-its a total rush!!!!
BUT...are you posting to help the victim? Just a question I will ask myself from now on....

Moo.

And I will be quiet.

Liars, when faced with two choices, tend to pick one of the choices presented rather than seeking a third alternative. This tendency is due to cognitive overload. Truthful people do not experience cognitive overload; they simply convey facts. Liars, on the other hand, are operating at near-full or full cognitive capacity depending on the complexity of the lies. Liars have to remember what they said and did not say. They also have to monitor and control their verbal responses and nonverbal behaviors. Additionally, liars have to monitor their target's verbal responses and nonverbal behaviors to ensure that the target believes the lie. The mind of a liar is fully occupied, especially if detection has dire consequences.
The Forced Response is designed to increase cognitive load

Very interesting series of articles 3 of 5
I think ALV is consumed with JA's cognitive overload and thus making it hard to answer JM's simple Yes and No answers. Which lie of JA's lies will she choose to promote.

I totally agree, the journals speak for themselves. No one can accuse JA of being dumb, I think she has a remarkable IQ and if tested would probably show genius levels. Such a shame that this intelligence is wasted in such an evil person. The journals were re-written, the e-mails were sent/copied to/from fake accounts.

If somebody told us that they have discovered that the text messaging was done by JA alone, using her own and Travis' smart phone, I would not be the least bit surprised.

Pure evil on display in Mesa Arizona.

If she were a genius she wouldn't get caught, if she were a genius criminal mind.

She got caught. She is cunning. She premeditated. She planned ahead for mitigating factors. This makes her smart.

And her vocabulary is inauthentic and pretentious.

The true psychopathic geniuses, IMO, are at the top of the heap, making our lives miserable.

they are re-playing ALV all over again.. I am furious and need to turn it off. She is calling him a domestic abuser and Jodi perfectly normal, with no stalking tendencies

I've never understood the whole CD thing and TA's computer virus story- if they were having trouble viewing a CD of photos on his computer, why didn't they just pop it into her laptop. She claims the laptop went everywhere with her...

In one of JA's journal entries just released from after 06/10 she writes an article (hahaha) to Travis thanking him for this and that. One of the things she thanks him for is being environmentally progressive (or something along those lines) just like her. That said, why didn't she just email TA these images so he could burn them on a CD himself if he wanted. I really find it hard to believe that wouldn't have been her first option.

In response to another post- No JA is not a genius or even that smart as evidenced by her making the simplest things so very complicated...like toting around CD's in her pocket as opposed to emailing her jpegs.

OMFG!!!!

Are you hearing these newly released journal entries by the killer????? [on JVM]

These journals are OBVIOUSLY full of lies. She writes in her journal that she wishes she knew how her good friend died!!!!!

So now we KNOW that she placed lies in this journal to defend her from the cops.

I think this is the point JM will start to hammer home to ALV. She's going off of a journal that is clearly full of lies.:twocents:

Uh....Ted Bundy had a high IQ, many serial killers do.

Looking at the posts I assume ALV's seminar was cancelled due to possible backlash etc. Well, Nurmi is going to have a cow on Monday and use this event to demand a mistrial. I don't know if it's going to work but I just want all the BS to stop! The Murder of Travis is almost an afterthought lately and that is just plain wrong. (big sigh)

Lol, I actually just pictured him birthing a cow.

The head tilt looks familiar. Cough cough like a mugshot
