Who has she injured while in jail over the past almost 5 years?

I remember reading about an incident at some point with a cellmate in which she claimed self defense (how original, eh?) and she didn't get blamed for that one. She has been caught hiding pens, but what about hurting other inmates?

In watching ALV again on the Nancy Grace show, I had a different take on her "apology" issue. Actually at first I gave her a pass on that as I thought "well that makes sense if you are wanting to come in and establish a trusting rapport so someone will open up to you".

Until today when I heard it totally differently (took me a while to catch up, please don't throw cans of V8 at me).

An objective evaluator wouldn't be interested in the rapport or comfort level of the person evaluated. In fact assessing levels of comfort/discomfort with the process would be something to look at! Another way that ALV approached this more as a therapist, than objective evaluator.

I know, I'm back at square one but this just hit me in a new way this morning.

Is there any info on JA's purchase of the glock....where/ when she bought it, background check, price, etc.? She was definitely planning to go on the run when she was arrested. My guess is she planned to kill anyone who got in her way...friends/relatives of Travis, law enforcement, etc. Maybe she and MM were planning to become fugitives from justice. Would love to hear the real story from MM!

She didn't buy a Glock. Glocks are very expensive handguns. She bought an off brand cheapo and I forget the brand name but it was probably around $150.00 to $180.00. A Glock is three times that if not more. Hard to buy a Glock on a Maragarita hustlers salary! Would'nt leave much for gas and pop rocks. The girl has her priorities ya know.

I think Jodi showed great promise as a future black widow. If Travis hadn't come along when he did, I think Jodi would have taken out insurance on Darryl, citing the co-ownership of their house, and arranged his early demise. I don't see her bloodying her hands again, but I can easily imagine her killing again to advance her interests. I bet she loved the whole experience involved in plotting TA's death.

Its on record so she is not the Model Inmate. I am sure there is more to come. Let us not forget the "secret coded messages" she was trying to send out as well. All on her record. I was just saying that she is has not been a "good girl" while incarcerated.

my project for the long weekend was to go back and listen to the state's case.

after listening to it, and specifically to det. flores, i say that's what the jury needs to listen to again. the entire case is there.

her stupid stories, her phony demeanor, her answers for every single thing he puts before her----she has an answer for everything, which isn't normal at all.

i couldn't remember if her quote about getting the DP if she was guilty was in there but it was. loud and clear.

most damning is that LEFT RING FINGER. she shows it to him. the female ninja did it. it was cut. it's never been the same. it was painful. THE WHOLE THING!!

just a couple of things i caught this time around: not so sure she used bleach. there was one towel that looked like it, but there were dark tee shirts that did not. not important but i missed it before. also, through the entire phony ninja story, it's all about HER. TA is 'bleeding all over the place', but he's very much in the background of her story. it's her and the ninjas threatening HER and how she ran for her life and should've called 911 but was just too scared.

seriously worth a second listen, for anyone like me who didn't remember back that far!

Yeah she's not the "good girl" type. She'll try and be sneaky given the opportunity. Her defense team will argue that she can "do good" in prison. I have no idea what 'good' she could do, but I do know that is one thing defense teams like to argue to help avoid the DP. But all that's still far away and the first step is her being convicted of 1st degree murder.

He needs a wheelchair. The Red Cross here lends them out for free, not sure if the do that in Arizona, might want to check into that...

Yes! Skidmarks! Mine are men too so their laundry is someone else's problem. Thank God, none of them ever had a Jodi in their lives.
