Did you guys see that WildAboutTrial just broke his ankle? What horrible timing! Being at the trial involves a LOT of walking.

Ouch!!! Poor guy!

He will need people to protect him in the courtroom. Stalking, predatory "killer animals" prey on the lame and wounded. :noooo:

To make it on topic, I think Jodi Arias will never enjoy the lovely aroma of bacon cooking or taste it's deliciousness ever again in her miserable life. One of many pleasures she loses forever.

In her Mom's interview she told about calling LE when they found JA was growing the pot on the roof in the Tupperware. She clearly said that they called LE to 'scare' her. Sounds to me that at least at that moment, they were trying to do what they thought best to get her/keep her in line. I don't believe for a second this was the first serious transgression she committed. They didn't ignore it. They didn't say 'oh, all the kids are doing it!'. I got the impression they simply did what they thought was best for her. But there was an undertone of this not being a new thing with JA. I bet they had their hands full with this one.

:floorlaugh: Had to rescue Older Son who had lost the use of his car. Why, we won't say. I pointed out to him that his smartphone does have a calendar and that he can have reminders of things that come up regularly, like insurance payments. Not that he forgot or anything.
