I keep getting this "feeling" that Jodie has murdered before? Wonder if any unsolved crimes or cold cases they may have tried to connect her to? For sure when she was arrested I think she was on her way to murder again. But who?? MM?? Just my thoughts:facepalm:

My Hippocampus is bothering me on 3 things:

1). That I believe she might have did this before, as it really bothered me when she said in Court That she has never killed anyone before, with a smirk. So I wonder too.......

2). When someone uses the word FOG rather than the word BLACKED-OUT. IMHO the word fog such a bogas word to use for something so wicked.

3). I keep having this *image* of JA sitting by the shower after she put TA in there and washing him off with the cup....like she is giving HIM a water baptism. Her baptism that they will always now be together (in her sick mind), This is just an image I can see her doing.....

I did not start following the trial until February and I need to go back and review a lot of the trial. I just hope that all these story changes, the overkill, the fact that JA was living in CA, the pictures are shown again and the fact that JA never called 911 are emphasized in the closing arguments. I really want these items drilled into the jurors heads and the fact that JA has ZERO remorse. Who does the closing arguments first, defense or the State?

We can speculate till the cows come home, but none of us lived in that house when JA was growing up. Or ever. Nurture is never the complete answer. Nature sometimes makes mistakes. And hooboy, did it ever with JA.
Bashing her parents is inappropriate. I made plenty of mistakes with my two kids. Every parent has. I thank God every day that my grown kids CHOSE the type of people they are and have become.
We never had abuse or major issues in our home but I would never presume to walk a mile in any other parents' shoes. We can see a lot in hindsight and so can her parents. We don't know what life was like for that family.
There but for the grace of God, go I.

I will speak from experience. I have two children, one is a very succesful general manager at a well known company, the other is a convicted criminal who has been incarcerated for many years. Many people have criticized my parenting skills over the years and for a long time I took it really badly and felt tremendous guilt. Now I understand that I did what I had to do to help and unfortunately he continued to make bad choices. I work with families of inmates and I see the guilt and sadness from many parents who also did what they thought were the right things. Its a tough road to travel.

On the other hand, I have seen many parents who are of the belief that their little darlings could do no wrong

I think she has killed a few animals before. I don't think "doggy boy" was the first or last. She said her family couldn't care for pets "properly" meaning 'because I killed them all'? How could she do what she did to Travis and not be throwing up all over the place? (I know I would) I think she was used to blood and gore.

I am on board with you and totally agree with your theories.

I do believe the gun shot came first. I also believe like you, she went to Mesa with an ultimatum.

I too don't understand how a 5'6" 125lb woman was able to control a 5'9" 200lb man who also, worked out! This is where I consider she might've had help at this juncture. Just not sure and I know it's not a popular theory but it's certainly possible.

We also have to acknowledge, we don't know everything. Some areas are being kept quiet so perhaps the State feels she had help too? Again, we really don't know what they know or at minimum, theorize.

I can't help but think Darryl, Matt and Gus know more than what was told. Here again, they might be in Juan's back pocket to seal-the-deal, in rebuttal?

Does anyone know whether the interrogation tapes of Matt McCartney/Flores were made public? Will they ever be or is that confidential?

I have a feeling, Juan-the-man might pull out the nail-in-the-coffin witness rebuttal with Matt. I keep reading that for immunity, he admitted to forging those pedophile letters that Arias want's us to believe were authored by Travis which was the lamest most far-fetched story she could've drummed up.

I think everything she accused Travis of....she herself was guilty of. Right down to taking it in her back-door!!! I think she pretended or even perhaps actually LIKED it but turned it all around. As long as she was offering that option, Travis probably felt it wasn't going too much against his Mormon beliefs and that was...vaginal sex. Who knows.

I think she played the innocent school girl (lollipops, pigtails and Brazilian wax) while engaging in sex with Travis. Hence the pedophile notion!

I think she turned her tale of lies around to make Travis the bad guy, when in actuality it was she who was/is the deviant one. The last email of TA to JA in April helped seal the deal for her..She was bound and determined to make him suffer.. She may have asked him one last time to change his mind and take her to Cancun, and he refused..She could not let go. If anyone deserves the death penalty it is Jodi Arias. If she is imprisoned, then let out sometime down the road, she will kill again..It could be a man or woman.. Anyone who betrays her will suffer her wrath.. IMO

She has a clear and established pattern of projection. Perhaps she is guilty of some pedophilia. In any case, she obviously does not respect boundaries with people and is inappropriate in almost every possible way -- so, can't see that it's out of the question, unfortunately.
