Those fingers look nothing like Travis'. I really don't think any of this matters. She will be gone hopefully for life. I just pray this jury is nothing like the Pinnelles (sp) jury, and they give her the death penalty.

Jodi is an adult. She can no longer blame anyone else for her own choices.

If, for instance, Jodi's parents had inattentive or abusive upbringings, would it still be their fault for Jodi? There comes a point where if we can pinpoint the cause, we have to accept responsibility for our choices after that.

It was not Jodi's parents who made the choice to slaughter at tleast one man that we know of. Jodi was completely cognizant that what she was choosing to do was not okay because of the steps taken to cover it up before it even happened.

IMO JA was not abused.. I think her parents were afraid of her.. They saw her demonic actions from an early age.. I don't fault her parents at all...JA chose to grow pot, kick her animal..btw I've read that a lot of murderers start out abusing animals.. JA dropped out of school. She was going to have a way come hell or high water.. She wanted to get married, to have someone support her. She saw in TA a man of a promising future...He had tons of friends...She had few..He was her ticket to a life a glitz and glamour.. When he let her know he didn't want her in his life anymore, she made sure he couldn't have the life he wanted with another woman..Someone along the line must have told JA she was pretty and special..She milked it for all it's worth..All I see when I look at her is an ordinary killer...stone cold eyes, and no remorse...She still thinks, "No jury will convict me"...Wish I were on that jury.. She have to eat her words on that statement..

The 'article' I've seen referenced is really just a forum post on Topix (dated from March) by a user with a generic fill-in-the-blank name who works with the finder's brother-in-law, twice removed on his mother's side -- or something like that.

Unless there is an actual authenticated article, written by an actual person with an actual name, I'd chalk it up to 15 seconds of fame spam.

Maybe this one is different.

No. I saw an article somewhere else that was based on that topix post, I believe. It may have been huffintongton post. I just googled Jodi Arias gun found. I agree it is probably all BS, just trying to keep busy till Tuesday!

The Penis pic with the finger nails that do not look like TA, but DB fingers. Since the DT brought that stupid eyeball pic in that you can not tell anything IMHO, JM should show that pic of the fingernails...as IT WOULD LOOK BAD THAT THE JURY DOES NOT BELIEVE IT IS TA FINGERNAIL....PLUS the fact that the DT is submitting a bogus picture.....since THEY ARE ALSO BELIEVING JA word that SHE is not lying to them. As NG says....to me that would be a BOMBSHELL. Jury sees it does not look like TA fingernails, the DT this as evidence...and on top of this, it MIGHT show that JA has now lied to her own team about that Photo. So they would look really stupid on that.

I hadn't seen the comparison pictures between the penis pic & DB & TA until last week. I'm shocked that anyone believes those are TA's hands. It makes me wonder big time what it is that DB is hiding (other than his penis) by lying for JA.

Agree! All you have to do is look at DB's hands during his testimony to know that those were the ones in the penis pic; look at any picture with TA's hands in sight and you will se the truth. I understood this right away.

I also feel, as I posted before, that there was something very hinky in DB's testimony - he knows more than he was saying. I truly think that this is one scared man, afraid that if he says too much, JA will tell his ex-wife something that will cause DB to lose joint custody of his son.

Look at the wide features of DB's fingernails and tips, look at the bone structure right below the fingernails (first knuckle/joint) VERY different from Travis'. TA's hand seem to have nvr done any hard labor. DB's seems like he works daily with his hands.

Yes, DB's hands look very rugged and maybe even he has arthritis. jmo But, whoever it is I don't think it is TA at all.

If the jury believes those are not TA either -- It makes JA to be lying again (still) and has pulled the wool over her OWN DT team. Allowed evidence to be entered in (via her words) that is false.........so that finger pic just proves what JA os willing to do (MORE LIES) to anyone and everyone around here.

Her DT team, the court, the Jury, Evidence, the stand, the people, the State of AZ......as she is a 100% liar. After all the DT *is taking her word* that penis pic was TA.....as it is only JODI that said to here DT, to allow it as evidence!!

Just as JW was trying to diminish JDM for only spending 12 1/2 hours with JA when she didn't have answers to all of JW's questions.

The purpose of the forensic psychologist is to evaluate the subject and determine the presence or absence of any psychology relevant to the case. As Dr. Samuels testified, this normally takes 6 to 8 hours of clinical interview. JDM went above this, as did Samuels (close to 30 hours) and ALV took the prize with over 40 hours.

It was not their job to go over every facet of the case, as JW would like some to have believed.

Right. Breaking this down into hours spent if JA was seeing a therapist. This would equal at one hour a week 30 to 40 weeks of tx. This goes to the proof that both Dr. S and ALV both cross the line of evulation into tx treatment.

I remember Juan objecting when this came into evidence then saying something along the lines of; 'we haven't established who that's a picture of' so the Prosecutor is making certain not to cause this jury any speculation what-so-ever!

He wants ONLY factual points of interest to present. I'm sure he's speculated Matt was more involved and that Darryl was the recipient of grandpa Arias' stolen DVD player so it's quite apparent, he's only dealing and dishing out facts. Not conjecture. Although he could. He's just choosing not to and that's very admirable and tells me he's quite confident with what he has. Doesn't need the confusion.
