Werter wants immunity for Tommy due to threats of felony murder charges

the day of Rons court the sheriff said that both Crystal and Ron were not responsible for Haleigh missing. BOTH
Actually that was a recycled quote. And many things have changed since last year when that quote was made... Example: instead of searching for his daughter, Ron was dealing drugs with the woman withholding info in his daughters case.

Additonally, Ron didn't seem to concerned about Haleigh on the tape. He was worried about making a couple of bucks with his drug dealing girlfriend Misty, rather than his daughter.

I also think LE wants Ron to get over confident. Because they know Ron is a cocky, arrogant person. They're trying to make him feel comfortable. They know what sort of criminal he is. Build up his ego, make a deal with him, and then bam, bring down the hammer on him.

Also, if LE didn't want Ron to be busted in January, they would have quit the drug arrests with Tommy/Misty etc. But they got Ron, because they wanted him in for a reason.

I don't put much stock in what Werter says, if I had enough time on JVM I could rip his story and rendition of facts to shreds.

I don't buy that Tommy / Misty were SO SCARED of Joe. He may be a creepy punk gang banger druggie with a fetish for guns, but they hung out with him! Chelsea/Timmy let him stay over! If he was so scary, to the extent that Werter wants us to believe why hang around with him?

Flo Hollars lives in the same state and the same county as Joe, and she has called him a child murderer. She isn't afraid. So why in the heck would Misty/Tommy be?

I think Joe could very well be involved, but any story that leaves Ronald out of the mix is lacking in credibility IMO
Hi Levi, why don't you invite Werters to be a guest on your show.. I also thought about why you don't go down to Putnam county and interview Tommy and or Misty.. OHHHH how I'd love to hear you get ahold of them

well consider this scenerio- Maybe the police asked Ron to deal with Misty to get inside the circle and he is being held to protect him from something?
Ron actually looks pretty healthy? maybe he has sobered up? maybe he Don't care about living his life without his daughter in it? If Ron was a drug informant before, it wouldn't be past him to do this to see if he could find out more? Ya never know..... I sure don't

i no mr.jw talks about tommy not thinking like most people because of drug use i guess..i bet this video would confuse him also..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-XOKycEwuNI

O/T..Thats funny... I have a dear friend who lives in North Augusta, South Carolina.
Her South Carolina accent is even thicker than this lady Bill Cosby was speaking with in the video...BTW.. Love the accent...

Immunity for what, would be my question.

If Tommy had no active hand in Haleigh's demise, but either stood watching or sat in the next room listening while Haleigh screamed and struggled...then went on to say nothing about any of it to LE for days, weeks, months!! afterward, he is IMO a dangerous person who should be locked away for good. (Same goes for Misty, btw.)

I want Haleigh's disappearance solved as much as anyone, but immunity for Tommy Croslin scares me. However, there are different levels of immunity and IF Tommy were charged with felony murder, I would be OK with him being given a guarantee of life in prison instead of the death penalty, if it would resolve the mystery of what happened to Haleigh.

Completely agree.

To me the strongest fact is .... the photo of Misty and Joe hanging missing posters the next morning. IIRC Misty was smiling and they both seemed friendly and at ease with each other.

If hours before you had just been threatened by Joe and seen him take and know that he killed HaLeigh ... you could NOT be seen with him hours later and be so at ease.

However, if something happened on Misty's or Ron's watch and Joe did a favor both in helping dump HaLeigh and cover-up then it makes sense.

It does not make sense if Joe was the perp for Misty to hang with him..... IMO

But they can't give everyone immunity! Well, IDK, on second thought it would fit with what we are seeing. Cutting deals, immunity...I'm really at a loss here.

Looks to me like somebody is actually going to get away with murder.:banghead::sick:

Why would Tommy have to talk, his lawyer has pretty much taken care of that! It looks like Werter need immunity...

Thanks Still, I really needed another gool laugh today! My week is so messed up, and today is just Monday!

Not buying it. Joe may play a bad guy but in real life he is no mastermind who can control / intimidate the Croslin's to cover for him (and then not) or Ron.

I thought about a reality 'bad guy' chart in terms of 'badness', as follows:

  1. Ron (Loose Cannon, Big Time)
  2. Misty (Very Hard)
  3. Timmy (?)
  4. Tommy (Emerging Danger)
  5. Joe (Small Time)

I took your post & added a few thoughts, but they're based soley on news reports, interviews, etc...& are all just MOO. Ron-quick tempered powder keg, just waiting to blow, (was this the night?)...Misty-hardened & a true follower, (very dangerous combination)...Timmy-hard & callous...Tommy-a strange bird who lived a double life, & IMO, the coldest one of all, (did his secrets cause Haleigh's demise?)...Joe-a mystery man, who's bad enough to be mixed up with this bunch. I could believe any one of them, capable of murder.

I haven't been keeping up with this like I did for the first year Haleigh was missing. She is the reason I finally asked to join WS after lurking forever. I hope this is a sign that something is about to break open and be real this time.

I have never been so baffled about a case. With the abundance of illegal activity surrounding all of these people, I am really beginning to think that any one of them could have harmed haleigh. Or all of them. It's so terrible that children are put in harms way because the adults are so selfish. I'm even starting to think that everyone that is incarcerated at this point had a hand in the harming and disappearance of little Haleigh.

Honor among theives - stick together, point fingers at each other, repeat. Poor Haleigh.
