I'm thinking RC will change his plea (having accepted a plea) and the judge will set a future date for sentencing. I then think he may get the 25 years based on his past arrests. It really just depends on how well his attorney can tap dance.

I am hoping that Ron (and i know this is a big stretch) will plead guilty, but since we all know he isn't going to own up to any responsibility, i am thinking he is going to plead not guilty and go to jury trial. he seems as though he is a gambler.

IMO, i really don't think that any way Ron pleads is going to look good, the state has him hook, line and sinker.

I have no idea what might happen today, but I really like that Ronald has to be in court and things are finally starting to happen!

There is nothing that the judge hasn't heard before regarding excuses of why criminals do drugs. Everyone of them has an excuse for their behavior. They all have mental problems or somebody they loved died, etc. They go off to prison and convince the staff that they are depressed, can't sleep, etc..allways asking for drugs, which they sell.

He has already plead NG..this is to be the start of his trial. He will wait to see what the state offers as a last chance before the trial begins. If he likes it and can't do better he will plead "Nolo". The judge may sentence him today...in fact he should

Thanks Whisp, for clearing that up for me! I don't know much with prcedures of the courts on this type of thing.

I am just tired of my tax money being used to support this hibitial drug offender, i am over his smirk and all the excuses...He should be sentenced today, and he should have to do ALL the time for all the crimes he has commited, IMO. His free pass, IMO, was given to him many times years ago.... IT IS TIME FOR HIM TO PAY.

I can't belive i am going to say this either, but i am hoping for a BOMBSHELL in the court room today..... a girl can dream can't she? lol

LOL, yes and clean ones. Remember the trouble he had in the beginning of his jail stay. He wasn't very pleased with housekeepping!

According to Putnam County Court Records, jury selection on the remaining three charges begins Monday morning
