I agree with Annapurna. You don't write a RN if you are not involved in the crime. Initially, I wanted to think this crime was committed by an intruder. But, I always come back to the RN. I always do! It was written by PR. I have absolutely no doubt. Consequently, either she or BR killed JB - accident or intentional ....That IDK. If she had written a short 3-4 line ransom note - then they may have fooled me.

It could be that J asked the same underwear with wednesday on the waist band as it would be a red flag .As size 12's of the same model and day was available only they put it on her... It was better than a different model they thought imo and of course they hid the rest of the package..

The house was big enough and had two sets of stairs.

All 3 could've been up down all over that place half the night.

We can infer a timeline assuming the size-12's arrived after JonBenet was assaulted? Then from Coroner Meyer's remarks regarding JonBenet being wiped down, since there was blood on the size-12's but no blood on JonBenet's crotch, i.e. someone cleaned JonBenet after she had been redressed, i.e. might even have been JR mid-morning, who knows?

which also means burke would have had to clean her as many dead people's bladder and bowels open at time of death
i can see a child, burke was only nine, covering his dead sister with a blanket but not redressing her with clean undies or cleaning her; it takes a lot of time and is not a pleasant task to deal with a dead body, he was a child and a child reaction would be to look for help from the adults in the house

That is a possibility but my original question (post #2067) was in reference to the suggestion that the underwear were oversize so they could be worn over a diaper which doesn't sound like it accomplishes anything.

PR wouldn't do it - whats the point? whats the point of JR doing it?

I believe nothing R said..:violin: My thought those 12 size panties ( could be 10-12 ) are JB's not present for the niece.. They probably were used when she put diapers on.. size 6-8 dont fit over diapers imo. Just an opinion of course....

Cloth diapers were not really very popular among the wealthy back in the early/mid 90's, and if they were, PR - the mom who had nothing else to do but raise kids but she got herself a full time nanny anyways - nah she wouldn't do this. Cloth is a ton more work, and something only the severely environmentally green moms do, not someone like PR.

Diapers do not go down to a child's knees like these size 12 did. They reported she wore pull-ups. With those, they are designed to replace underpants and feel just barely more padded than underpants. They're designed to be the inbetween phase of diapers and underwear. On children they are maybe a 1/4 inch thick. A disposable diaper (not pullup) is at most 1 inch thick. For those panties to fit over them and for that to be the reason, the diaper would have to be like 8 inches thick or more and that's just ridiculous. I babysat many kids in the 90's during this exact time and I can promise you size 12 panties over any kind of available diaper is nonsensical and also would not fit or work.

These panties were not used normally. This was an abnormality this night. When questioned about this, PR starts lying. Red Flags. She overestimates the size of panties JBR usually wore. She underestimates the size of the panties she was found in. She underestimates the difference in size the between the two, and she claims JBR put them on herself from her underwear drawer even though investigators only found size 4 to 6 underpants in that drawer and they pulled out like 15 of them.

They are a part of the crime scene, the Ramsey's were part of this, knew about the panties, and we can tell this based on PR's attempts at distancing, lying, and exaggerating around this topic.

I was an abused child and have zero memory of it.

The only time I can remember was when a friend was there and witnessed it.

I was 15 btw.
